@Vendetta_s sorry but you’re mistaking, that was the former flag of the French monarchy and France is no longer a monarchy for more than 2 centuries

I showed my mom this story and at the end when he was killed, she said "His work here was done. He's needed elsewhere." I feel that, too. He had done SO much.

The vibe is happy because it's one of three Sabaton songs written in a major key.
The other two are Versailles and Blood of Bannockburn.
But it you shall check out Versailles, be sure to check out Sarajevo first.
It's the first and last songs of the Great War album and they are each others twins but with a twist.
It's important to do Sarajevo before Versailles.

The happines/ unusual up beat feeling in the music likely comes from the fact that this is literally the only song in Sabaton's catalog (that isn't a cover obviously) that Joakim (the singer/sonwriter/keyboardist) didn't write any of the music for, but he did do the history research and lyrics with Pär (bass&band manager) like they've always done.
The music here is composed by Tommy Johansson, who is way more "disney" than Joakim...
And the song was also released outside of an album.

If I got it right Nota Benne is a French historical channel, not sure if it's a TV channel or online.

      it's a youtube channel ;)
he did the french dub for that video, and since it was about a french soldier, his video came out 1 week before the sabaton one
