Same I struggle so much against falco with captain falcon because the oos options are hell bad and falco doesn't need to respect a lot of your moves
I always find what I’m looking for in your videos. You do a fantastic job describing weakness and strengths of characters. But I do think it’s hilarious that you use link in every example of every video 😂😂
Thanks. Link is my main so I'm usually playing him in the good matches. But I did use MewTwo in how to beat Diddy Kong and I used Zelda in how to beat Rosalina.

As a solo falco main. Seeing the lack of drag downs and down throw combos hurts me. He should do more up tilt back air or down tilt for kill options.

I watched this because I wanted to see Falco's weaknesses because I chose him as a secondary, but link is my main. Just funny I saw both of my mains.
Being a falco main, he could've finished you off with his down A attack, which is tail attack.

As a Piranha Plant main, Falco is a horrible matchup and my worst nightmare ... worse than Villager by a long shot :
His aggressive flying shield easily neutralizes my poison gas and my ptooies; he uses Piranha Plant 's slow air mobility by juggling with her and punishing her landing with grabs and then his terrible air attacks. And finally, His lazer prevents her from using her ptooie effectively.
Thanks for your tips Travplay. I don't know if it will be enough but it will surely help. If you have any other advice for dealing with this bad bird, I'm very interested ; )

Loved this video. Great game and your first 2 kill confirms had me hyped. I generally hate playing falco. He was the gate keeper for my ganon getting into elite(only 10 characters left) and that matchup was painful. Link doesn't fair any better. I'd say im well versed in the matchup now so this video wasn't a huge help but i always enjoy the commentary and your channel helped me a ton early on. Glad to see ya bring the smoke that falco great gameplay all around.

travplay thank you bro, love your vids , quick question whats the best way to defend against link edge guard on the bomb detonation?
How to edge guard Link’s bomb recovery? First, watch to see if he pulls out a bomb. If he does, then stay near the ledge. When he detonates , he’ll usually fly above the stage. You can anticipate it and throw out an aerial or up smash just as he passes over your head. Ridley is really good at doing this.

One thing annoys me about falco is when is foward air drags me down and put me in a combo i could defeat most falcos but the one falco i fought was something i hardly see

It keeps seeming like you will lose in all these analysis
to be fair though, link is a broken character, and falco should be rewarded way more, he is just as light as fox but slower. Hence out of the three Starfox characters he is ranked the worst.
