Thanks for watching! And thanks for welcoming me back. You guys are awesome! For those of you who may be wondering why there weren’t credits for your advice, basically there’s too many names for me to put in. Sorry I can’t fit it in the video, but I truly appreciate your advice!
Really good, but I would like to say that I don't think that rankedboost is very accurate for a smash website. K rool is listed as A tier. Other than that, great video!
These guides are so good now, you mention counterpicks and show a match in the end to explain how the character works, how we can exploit bad habits and analyze the situation. Good job!
I've played Min Min for a few months now and these are a few tricks I've seen, learned, and use. Biggest strengths: Neutral and edge guard If you watch a lot of higher-end Min Min players like Poochi and ESAM, they like to full or short hop with Nair, to dragon smash (covers horizontal on fall) and then Chakram (covers jumps options). This tends to give her time to restart the combo. It's a strong combo and really annoying combo to deal with. Taking Min Min to the air helps minimize the vertical disadvantage and was something we didn't see in the video. I learned this from Poochi. I will often Dtilt anytime someone gets above/behind him to avoid the blind spot you talked about, before jumping into a Nair. With Ram ram out this is a pretty safe trick and it is good to reset if you get trapped in a corner. It also leads to the combo above. It's often better to be a Nairplane against faster characters and only tilt/smash when you knock them away as follow up damage. Kilowatt has high damage, knockback, and knockback growth, making it a good choice to trade with rushdown characters. Kilowatt Nair kills most of the cast at 135% so watch out for that. Ram Ram combo's into itself and landing Up air. This can also lead to suicide combos (I've seen Dabuz and ESAM use this combo after a first kill to get a quick second kill when they are at high hp) No one uses double dragon (or at least that I've seen at high levels) Dragon Nair is mainly used when you have Kilowatt and want to Nair before sending the ball out. Up B to Dair is a very odd bait and punish mixup. But you can react with a buffered Nair to foil this. Biggest Weakness: Being above people and Recovery. Juggling Min Min: Min min starts her Nair above her and takes 12/16/22 frames (ram/drag/kilo) to get below her for only 3/3/4 frames, making Dtilt (15) or air dodge (invulnerable 3-29) a more standard option. Stealing her jump or an air dodge can be devastating to her. Be sure to pressure her from below and don't be afraid to challenge her recovery. getting a single hit offstage against Min Min can very easily be a kill. I don't know how many times I've died from a Nair/Fair as I go to Up B. Spot dodging Min Min's smash attacks (indicated by the spark as the move starts) can often lead to a bigger frame advantage than blocking one. Clashing with Ram Ram is a good option. If both arms are out Min Min has limited options and has a minimum of 40 frames to recover both arms. (there is extra lag if both are sent out as a 1-2 punch) Utilt and Up smash are easy to bait and punish. Hope this helps.
I played against a min min who mid match found out she could switch arms (the reason i know is cause she kept on spamming the fully charged dragon and then kept spamming the ring) she won i play as a pacman and i have no idea what to do and the guides don’t help cause I’m stuck either trying to go from above where i can easily be punished or shielding till it break or get too small worst addition to the game by far
@@younglink324 idk if ur joking or not, but if you are then r/woosh me All you want, I checked and fox's up smash comes out on frame 8, while min min's frame 7 Don't believe me? Check for yourself
I would say saying helping to improve on elite smash is not so smart cus it just made me leave the vid(cus i was thinking it was a less informative guide) now i over stand they are good vids but yeah

What characters do you think works well against Min Min?
As a Link main, your fight against Min Min made me very, very happy.
"I'm just waiting for the boomerang to come back"
This is the only character banned when friends come to play at my home.
min min is the only character thats absolutely no fun to play against.
yeah i agree, her character is just bs
Pyra and mythra I don’t even care if I didn’t spell that right that’s how much I hate them
For real bro, sonic is a close 2nd tho
Good
Samus too. She give me a headache
This character is just not fun to fight at all absolute cancer to this game
Honestly
These guides are so good now, you mention counterpicks and show a match in the end to explain how the character works, how we can exploit bad habits and analyze the situation.
Good job!
yeah the match with the tips was wonderful
Glad you enjoyed it!
I searched up "Sakurai loses" and this came up. Gee, I wonder why
"Ganon in a ball"
That gives me botw vibes
"Bad counter pucks are the large and slow characters"
*Proceeds to show little mac*
"hey friends, it's travplay."
*Oh it's been so long since I heard that*
ngl I just hate min min. Very boring to fight against especially if you want to use a slow character.
As a Min Min secondary, I can say that these tips are very accurate. Well done Trav
Glad it was helpful!
Min min should honestly get a hard nerf
But it still is helpful
If you have min min as a secondary then my my you have no skill
@@greenedgelato ok buddy
Thanks for this!
Personally I think min's reflector is better than ness solely because it can be threatened out of shield
Like literally, eff this character
These guides are incredible, I can’t believe I haven’t come across them sooner. Good work dude, I just subbed and I hope you get more subs soon!
Thanks!
When you play and they just sit in the middle camping
Can’t blame them three can’t really approach they’re long range with like 5 close up moves
Finally, we been waiting for this matchup guide to come out. Thanks
More to come!
There you are travplay. Been waiting on your video
HE TEACH
HE HELP ATTAC
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY

Nah, that's my name
You finally return and yes I have been struggling with min-min
Glad to see trav back and doing well!

I feel like min min is pay 2 win if you use her right
Always super helpful homie
Great job on the video! Really helpful tips
Thanks!
thanks a lot, I’m Byleth main and this chick gets me 70% of the times, I see need to wait for the openings and avoid staying too far from her
I'm a Min Min main and a Ness main so this is like apples to oranges but I have to say ness cause min min legs are invincible in some frames
the two most annoying characters in existence
@@bombytetoo yea facts his third main probably olimar
Jesus.... You couldn't possibly get more toxic...
This is a bad human
The embodiment of annoying right there
Nice man

I was the min min fighting the link twords the end... But hey watching your vid helped my own bad habbits
FINALLY!!!!!
You should’ve said Rob’s side b reflector as the bad reflector, actually the worst in the game.
No counters but wut about witch time?🤔🤔
That did not look like elite smash
Isn’t Usmash frame 7?
Why did he change his username to orion?
Up Smash is a reflector
Better than Ness's F-Smash I think
Hi
Hoi
Yes finally!!
Camping, the character
Min min's up smash comes out faster then fox's btw
No it comes out on frame 7, foxes comes out on frame 6
@@younglink324 idk if ur joking or not, but if you are then r/woosh me All you want,
