Hi, when we connect it to the computer via USB, can't we interfere with the sound coming from the computer with the pots (treble, mid, bass) on the stereo channels?
Yes, that would be possible when using the TRKUSB Mode.
Whats the TRKUSB mode? Is it button on the mixer?
@@sovyetbeyi Yes. The red one to the right. That will route the mainmix to the USB-PORT.
@@demoscenes Have you ever tried it? I pressed the button you told me but nothing changed. I asked about this issue on the Behringer forum. They said you can't make such a setting via USB. My mixer model is QX1832USB.
@@sovyetbeyi I did for a while. Now, I have changed my workflow so I don’t use that function anymore, due the X2222USB mixerboard has no Win11 support, afaik. Maybe I could revisit this in another video.
Thanks, I needed to find a good video that listed all the most basic things that others speed over quick. I also have some pocket operators that take up a few mono inputs. Check out the Arturia drumbrute, it has 12 separate outs for its sounds, and is the real reason I need a big mixer like this.
So, did you end up getting this one? Or which if any did you go with?

Hi I just bought this mixer and when I record a track from a stereo input (for example from a cd player) to the pc in audacity the signal is recorded only through the left channel in mono, if set in stereo on audacity, it records me in stereo , but from the mixer the signal comes to me only from one channel and precisely from the left one. For example on the main it never records only when I turn up the left channel, if I turn up the right main there is no signal to the pc. I recently bought it and would like to understand if it is normal or defective. Thanks in advance for your help

I just paid $90 for this thing online through PayPal pay in 4, because I'm hoping where I got it from is Legit. The site claims to have sold over 400 of these things. When I saw the price, i couldn't believe it. When i started ordering, there were 8 left. By the time I finished ordering, there was only 1 left. I pray myself and those other folks didn't get scammed. The mixer is coming from China. Wish me luck. 😂 ill let you know what happens when, or If i receive it. 😂

Hey, that is an interesting question. I haven’t used the TRS like that ever. But I think you would get a feedback loop if you route the TRS to Direct-Out.
Also you can’t change any Inserts as Outputs by cable. That part is bases on the mixerboard’s hardware.

How do you hear the metronome, or what your playing along with at the same time as you're recording. I push the 2-TR/USB To MAIN button down, and I can't hear anything but my guitar. How do I hear what I'm playing with?!?
So....whatever happened when you unscrewed the fasteners on the bottom of the chassis like you said you were going to? Any secrets to reveal?

How did the mixer fare over time?
I'm actually torn between this and a Soundcraft signature of similar value.
Most reviews seem to speak fondly of the Behringer, but there is still a lot of hate, and a lot of people who claim the mixer is poor build quality and won't last long.
Any thoughts?
PS I just read through the more recent comments, and cannot believe that so many people are crying about you eating, not a big deal at all.

Update: I bought this mixer, ch7 died after 3-4 weeks of light use, not impressed/or a good sign.
Sending it back.
This mixer is still in the studio. I use it daily and it never let me down.
Regardless what is said about Behringer, I dig there gears. Great quality for a nice amount of money. The support is ace!
So the mixer do keep up.

Hey! I'm really struggling to get any sound from the FX. I have can see that there is a signal coming in from the FX but I don't seem to be able to get any onto any channel! Have you got any suggestions or tips as to what I may be doing wrong?
You need to adjust the wet/dry level on the channel you wish to have an effect. That would be the orange color. Also keep in mind to set the level on the FX out itself. Then you should be fine.

I didn't see it record on the computer. I watch the video and didn't see it record. That's what I want to know if it can record on the PC and record individual tracks not record all 8 tracks on just two tracks on the computer.

Sure you can. Just use as many inputs as you wish, then bounce back to the computer. No problems at all.
Mix all mics on the mixer but it only interfaces 2 tracks to the daw at one time take.
