I found a table with all the Furskins associated with the 360 days of the calendar. There are some interesting statistics. They have a 50/50 chance of walking upright or on 4 legs. There are 16 varieties but can be broken down into 8 base forms and 8 dire forms that are mostly just larger versions of the base forms. Dire forms are twice as likely as base forms. 10% total are 4 legged and riding size. However they are 20% of the total 4 legged population. Conversely 40% are 4 legged and small. (80% of the 4 legged population) Upright are more likely to be small or large. Only 20% of their population are medium sized. The medium/large upright ones we see in Skyrim represent 30%. Keep in mind that this is purely the odds for being born on a specific day. Litter size and thus population distribution would likely be dictated by furskin. Assuming an even distribution of litter birth dates and if smaller size meant larger litters, a vast majority of the population (over 80%) would be small and over 60% would be small and 4 legged.

THANK YOU! i always play a khajiit when I play skyrim, and will always play a khajiit as long as it's a race option for the elder scrolls franchise, and i needed more lore on the khajiit. Thank you again.
I'm really loving these elder scrolls online inspired videos. Even the last one on the thalmor void night conspiracy was spectacular.. Always feels so new & uniquely different from the usual lore we get between the events of morrowind & skyrim. Plz more more more.. Some from summerset plz & any others they have on there, as I haven't played em yet
Dang I know it takes a lot of time and care to make your videos but you are the 1st and foremost person I go to for information on skyrim thank you. Merry Christmas to you and yours!
Ive always wondered what happened during the void nights. Like to the khajit specifically. Their birth form relies on the moons. So what do they look like if the moons are gone? Are they just stillborn? Also their origin story says that the khajit specifically are responsible for the task of fixing the moons if they ever failed. But i think its weird that when the moons actually failed, the khajit weren't able to do anything. I wonder if Azura has forsaken them and they are no longer the chosen race. Or something like that. Odds are nobody will see this comment because its nearly 1 year later, and even though I watched the video on release, I don't think I connected the dots at the time. I wonder if there is some actual in game reason for this or if it is just a hiccup in the lore. It would be interesting to see the wider implications of the void nights discussed in an elder scrolls podcast sometime if there is more information out there. Usually the void nights are discussed in passing as a catalyst for the khajit joining the dominion, but the moons disappearing is a huge deal. Thats like if a daedric prince just stopped existing for a few years. Arent the moons supposed to be higher entities in themselves? And even besides that, were no other races even slightly alarmed that two, massive, cosmic objects just vanished? Its a little crazy to me that the void nights have become such a footnote in history.
I think Azura has Forsaken both the Khajiit and the Dunmer as when those races where in dire need they had to rely on outside help. There is also a semi-canon skit on the trial of Vivec on why Azura cannot become manifest after the Third Age but I wouldn't take that too seriously.
You got good points it's strange how it's treated as just a footnote in history that is only in game by khajit is considered significant by khajit and other races that worship the moon's when in our own world we don't worship the moon but still considered it significant whenever something happens regarding the celestial bodies to the point that we naturally received goosebumps whenever something vague and uncanny valley is happening. Especially when it's something we normally recognize as familiar but something feels off but we can't put a finger on it especially considering that we can feel uneasy about a place we have never been before but instinctively know that what the general feeling the place supposed to give out and that something is off about this place we have never been in before but we can't explain why. so the people in game should all be uneasy, nervous, and should considering the moon's disappearing as ominous and foreboding and for some people probably see that and see it as a sign of possibly the end time leading to a doomsday cult. So the fact that no one but khajit is panicking is strange and not how people's behavior is like in real life. Then again the creator of elder scrolls most likely isn't a psychologist but is a game developer and most likely doesn't put much thought in realistic world building keep in game they tried to make elder scrolls just a carbon copy of every stereotypical fantasy genres tropes you can possibly think of.
Hardly related, but something I wish to share is that I discovered by jumping up and down in a forge (in Skyrim), you will not only take some fire damage, but your destruction skill will increase as well, albeit slowly.
I’m currently working through a khajiit role. My first thought out role with back story and specific means of approaching the game based on internal beliefs and past traumas. It’s a traditional archer and sneak build, but it’s the first time I’m keeping my character hard up on only focusing missions that fit his capabilities and utilizing strictly the weapons he would be a master of. It’s changed the entire dynamic in gameplay as I’ve always just more or less selected a character, cherry picked a few skill trees I wanted to master and then took on every single side quest, guild and used whatever spell or weapon that was the strongest. Only wore outfits for practicality, never aesthetics or better enhance strictly specific skill sets - just, whatever was best and most beneficial I’d roll with it. This conservative and backstory driven approach has made it feel as if I’m playing an entirely different game than ever before this. I’m truly enjoying my Khajiit play through.
Moonpath to Elseweyr has a really nice book in it that gives you an understanding to their way of life and general philosophy. No matter where you are spiritually or religiously, I feel some quality can come of it for everyone.
By Thundera, those Khajiiti origin stories are confusing Snarf, Snarf! Great video, classic fudgemuppet style, providing real, accurate lore. The best Elder Scrolls lore crew out here.
I feel like the drug molly is the closest thing to moon sugar we'd ever get by what it looks like and the effects. I know this from experience xD this one indulges in the molly.
Yeah but the effects are more like snow ok. Mexicans and the global south groe and smuggle it. That landmass has both jungles and hot sand deserts! Therefore we're khajit 😎777
One small issue in this very good video. As seen in Reaper Marsh in Elder scroll online it can be multiple Khajiit born then the 3rd moon has been visible, but just one Mane. I assume it works like an king, its just one king in an country but if the king dies an prince take over as king. For the Mane you have mane candidates who take over.
On the topic of native beast folk, im inclined to say that the bosmer are not of Aldmeri decent. I mean the fact that some have been seen with stag/moose/elk-like antlers or goat like horns makes me believe they are beast folk who convergently evolved do to their god to resemble the aldmer when in fact they probably were more or less goat men or stag men. Give me a pin if u think my theory hs some sort of credence.
None of your videos seem to lack in quality, also please keep up the good work cause you guys make the most informative and interesting Elder Scrolls content
I hope that we see other forms of Khajiit in TES 6. Maybe as a quest, we have to assist a housecat Khajitt with something, or we get a much larger four-legged Khajiit companion.
Fun fact, there was once a fox race that lived alongside the Argonians, but perished during a pleague that affected every other race except the Reptile race.
I'm a Khajiit and proud of it. Although I do prefer heavy armor when in armed combat. But I will wear lighter mage robes when sneaking, stealth strikes, fighting with magic (can also be done in heavy armor in conjunction with swords), or sniping with a bow. And I will also wear bright and fancy clothes for everyday wear and formal functions. An Alikir hood will suffice as well as a mage hood to protect me from the elements when wearing a mage robe.
Cats of all kinds are my favorite animals in general. So i really love like actual cat folk in any setting. Weather they're bipedal like the khajiit shown in skyrim or just talking lions like in Narnia. Makes me very happy! If there is some real divine being then all cats are their perfect creation, no humans
Arnbjorn: "I am not adorable, it was not funny, and he wasn't a merchant. He was a Khajiit monk, a master of the Whispering Fang style. But now he's dead... and I have a new loincloth."
More like the Half Complete Guide to Khajiit. You left out a few major figures and wars; not sure how the Khajiit triumph in the Five Year War wasn't important enough to be mentioned. But then again, this was way easier to watch than those 40 minute videos I see everywhere. So great job regardless.
Surely the Cathay are the most common furstock; the khajiit in Oblivion and Skyrim, and playable in ESO. Suthay-raht are the khajiit in Morrowind, with the cuter, digitigrade legs.
I didn't think about race advantages or anything when I played Skyrim for the first time, I just knew I could be a cat and dammit I wanted to be a cat lol
19:22 - So, according to the Khajiit, Elsweyr is so extreme of a province because, if it wasn’t, they would have beaten the Gods in hand-to-hand combat by now. 😂
One conversation I can’t seem to find anywhere is why on earth would a Khajit leave their homeland of Elswyer and try to settle down in Skyrim? Or why would they even want to temporarily visit Skyrim? They’re not allowed in any of the cities (the discrimination seems to be worse in Skyrim than in Cyrodil), the Khajit population is very small so joining a community would feel isolated and they prefer a temperate climate/hate the cold. Other than taking advantage of less caravan competition, I don’t see why they would rather reside anywhere else. Thoughts?
Imagine a Character Selection screen that lets you pick which moon phase of Khajit you wish to create and play as.
Now that'd be some shit I'd be down for.
Let's make it happen in ES6, though Bethesda would be likely to get it 75% done and cut the content.

(80% of the 4 legged population)
Upright are more likely to be small or large.
Khajiit has wares, if you have coin. My second favorite race in the elder scrolls.
your favorite one? mines are the dark elves
For good times, see your local Khajit Skooma dealer. And may you always walk on warm sands.
Ysolda is my bae for Skyrim recreational potions. I could ask her to hit you up with a Sleeping Tree if you like a taste? :D The first taste is freeeeeee
THANK YOU! i always play a khajiit when I play skyrim, and will always play a khajiit as long as it's a race option for the elder scrolls franchise, and i needed more lore on the khajiit.
Who in thier right mind downvotes these videos?
Werewolves.
I don't know maybe people burnt from Elder Scrolls Online, or they meant to like the video and it was a simple mistake
@Tom The Fish how does disliking this video do anything about that
Answer.: No one in their right mind. LOL
Nords and dunmer
I am playing in an Elder Scrolls DnD campaign playing a Khajiit. These videos ars so helpful for my character development. Thank you!
Brilliant! Take your time with the Argonian guide. I can not wait to soak it all in! 10/10
Cool
You like to dance close to the fire, don't you?
You like to dance close to the fire don't you
"the furriest"- OK HOLD ON
"Is that.. Fur...?
Coming out of your ears...?"
Speak. Khajiit will listen untill all the sugars of the world turn sour
Thunder Cats
Snarf snarf
Khajiit are my fave Elder Scrolls race i almost exclusively play as one of this lunar tricksters
Khajiit has wares if you have coin
My nerdism increases every graveyard shift I work. Thanks Fudgemuppet 👍
The Khajiit has to be one of the most intruiging races in the ES Universe.
I wonder if anyone in the comments saw their ESO avatar in this video.
WHO DARES TO PUT A DISLIKE ON FUDGE MUPPET KUALITATIVES VIDEOS?!!!!!
Just wanna say that your lore vids are the best on RUclips, please keep it up!
P.S. don't tell Camel
The more I here about these guys the more I am certain they are my favorite ES playable race.
Also worth noting the highest damage weapon in skyrim at base level is a khajiit's fist
You did it. Thank you i can’t wait to see more of these take your time I’ll wait.
You my friend are great at talking about lore. Your channel needs more views!
bro i’m just sitting here playing a khajiit in eso and listening to ur voice tell me about khajiit. love ur channel dude
Greatest race of all Elder Scrolls races none are greater then Khajiit! THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO!!!
Thanks! I'm making a character mod that adds my cat as a khajiit into Morrowind, so I'm learning as much as I can about the lore
Now I want a TES game (maybe a spinoff?) where you play a Mane... who against all lore was born while another Mane still lived.
I'm actually playing a Khajiit in Skyrim for the very first time. I never had much interest before but they're pretty cool!
Damn y'all done it again... This is 1 amazing ass channel
The fact they had troubles with Dragons, and in Skyrim you can be a Khajiit Dragonborn; makes it so much cooler.
I don’t know; I read “A Dance in Fire,” and I think the Bosmer are also competitive in the most-intoxicated-people contest…
Arnbjorn: "I am not adorable, it was not funny, and he wasn't a merchant. He was a Khajiit monk, a master of the Whispering Fang style. But now he's dead... and I have a new loincloth."
Me playing a Kahjit joining the dark brotherhood for the first time then hearing him say that:😐
would have been nice if you showed pictures of each type of khajiit as you listed them.
Suthay are the digigrade Khajiit in ES3 and Cathay are the plantigrade you see in Oblivion, Skyrim, and ESO
It would be funny/awesome if they sometimes walked/ran on all fours and purred.
The alfiq do
Skoo-skoo-skooma
My God just watching this is bringing tears to my eyes
I think the Alfiq and Alfiq-Raht are my favorite furstock. Magical housecats? Sign me up
Humans love cats so much we even roleplay as them
More like the Half Complete Guide to Khajiit. You left out a few major figures and wars; not sure how the Khajiit triumph in the Five Year War wasn't important enough to be mentioned. But then again, this was way easier to watch than those 40 minute videos I see everywhere. So great job regardless.
Khajiit master race
- Azura
Now I want a game dedicated to Elyswyr.
Merry christmas to you guys at fudgemuppet and all reading this! Love from england
Surely the Cathay are the most common furstock; the khajiit in Oblivion and Skyrim, and playable in ESO. Suthay-raht are the khajiit in Morrowind, with the cuter, digitigrade legs.
Merry Christmas Fudgemuppet! I still watch your Fenrir Lets Play'd
I didn't think about race advantages or anything when I played Skyrim for the first time, I just knew I could be a cat and dammit I wanted to be a cat lol
forget the khajiit give a sweetroll made with loads of moon suger. I wanna see things man
Their cakes are coated in it!
If you wanna die...
Moon sugar brownies
19:22 - So, according to the Khajiit, Elsweyr is so extreme of a province because, if it wasn’t, they would have beaten the Gods in hand-to-hand combat by now. 😂
2:49 didn't people used to consider goblins a type of orc or something?
Its... So beautifull! *snuff moonsugar despite of tears*
Every Furry Liked That
^Jeek
Calum Bruce racist
Gir Homophobe
The Khajiit are probably my favorite race in all of TES.
In the event that we ever get a game set primarily in Elsweyr I think Namira would be a great main antagonist.
Thoughts?
I always wondered how you make your videos. It’s like a ghost cam in gears of war
What did I name my first Khajiit?
You guessed it!
Chester Cheetos
Carter Kitten
What about khajiit that are born under a solar eclipse, when the sun and both moons are all in alignment?
