CUMULATIVE Frequency Distributions (3-7)

  • Cumulative Distributions add the new scores to the previous scores, giving the accumulated scores. Cumulative Frequency (cf) is the number of scores at and below a particular score. The last entry will equal the number of cases (N). Cumulative Relative Frequency is the proportion of scores at and below a particular score. The last entry will equal 1.00. Cumulative Percent Frequency is the percentage of scores at and below a particular score. The last entry will equal 100%.
