I think Apple released an update for the screen freezing cause of this video. They wrote “Touch screen may be temporarily unresponsive in certain circumstances”

Don't forget though, this is a VERY controlled drop test and almost never actually represents a real world incident, a phone will almost never just magically fall flush on its front or its back, it will be angled somehow and it will certainly not sustain anywhere near the amount of damage these phones copped (at least at the same height)
You deserved an award for this
Face ID working compared to a fingerprint scanner not working is a ridiculous reason to give the edge to the the other device. Should have compared samsungs camera face ID too. Iphone only does face ID or passcode, while samsung offers those options and more. Definitely wasn't a fare comparison, in my opinion.
samsung doesn’t have face ID, it’s camera facial recognition on the samsung which is completely different from face ID
@@haku_leon its the same thing but iPhone is more advanced
@@ChibuikeAnidiobi yea i know they both scan the face to unlock the phone but the iPhone’s face ID is way more secure
@haku_leon Both screens are destroyed. Who wins? The one that doesn't use the screen to open. That's both phones, so why give it to iPhone? Samsungs face recognition may not be as good as the iPhones face ID, but it's still advanced enough and gets the job done.
@@haku_leonSamsung had ‘Face ID’ on the S10 5G and iris scanning from the note 7-9 and s8-9

Wait for s25 ultra 💀☠️
I think Apple released an update for the screen freezing cause of this video. They wrote “Touch screen may be temporarily unresponsive in certain circumstances”
Galaxy won bro dont glaze iphone apple fanboy 💀💀
Giving S24 Ultra 10 points in the last test is a crazy move, especially considering that the screen had a whole white stripe.
So how did the S24U get a 10 in the last round? It was unusable at that point.
the iphone kept freezing, not all users know the combination to restart the phone so they'd think it's dead
The iPhone randomly resetting was more unusable
Screen and camera were functioning... Plus the back wasn't breaking off like the iPhone's.
iPhone display was better and didn’t have the dead bottom portion and yellow lines so I’m confused how it got 10 and not a 8 or something.
@@JDA2790 it had a white dead portion. look again
They should engineer whole systems for durability, not just the parts. Sometimes making one part stronger (e.g. frame) might cause reduction in overall durability, because the remaining parts will receive more direct shock without any buffering.
The iphone was fully functional while the Samsung screen was destroyed... And you gave the win to the Samsung?
did you finish the video?
both had issues with the screen
@@mschf09 Minimal and only at the end of the final 10th drop. 0 lost capabilities too. The Samsung fingerprint, the main method of authentication on Samsung, was disabled. He also took away 2 points on the cracked glass on the camera even tho there were no hits on the capabilities.
Another Samsung Haters just showed up.. Even though Samsung's Scanner stoped working but still not bad as Iphone was.. FYI, Samsung is 6 to 7 Months Older Device and Its still best value for money Okay
Imagine falling, you're about to pass out, you want to call someone for help, you reach your 16 pro max only to realise it's off. That's why it lost. If that person had an s24 ultra, he'd be able to call for help
@@BlackShadow03 I'm not a hater, just observing the facts. The iPhone was broken but lost 0 functionality. The Samsung lost its fingerprint scanner and the display was absolutely devastated.
Battery test ASAP!!
Wtf is that 4th round score. I’d rather restart my phone than have a couple of yellow strips and the bottom portion all white 😂
He gave it less points for a potential safety hazard. He mentioned the iPhones crash detection, and that if the phone freezes at mild trauma like that you may not be able to have emergency contacts in an actual emergency. I personally wouldn't mind a display glitch if it means I can call quickly. Phones are replaceable. Time is not.
Having a heavy device is disadvantages 💀💀
The iPhone should have also lost round 3 as its fingerprint scanner hasnt been working for years 😉

This really is an embarassing launch for Apple. Quite pathetic to see they rip customers like this
I haven’t been paying much attention. How is it embarrassing?
