So, what can I say here? My first adaptation of a fan story, second-longest video on the channel so far, longest Thomas video I've done so far, and maybe my favorite video I've done so far. After watching the other 20,000 adaptations of this story, I've realized there's definitely a formula to how certain scenes are shot, like obscure the red guy 'til his big reveal. I just hope that my version is original or unique in SOME way. I've had an exhausting couple months, so I'm taking a break from making videos for a little while, but my next project is gonna be a BANGER... unless something changes or I decide on something else. 😅
Seeing as how this is a fan story and not from the official franchise, I really hope I did it right as far as crediting. I don't want to get cancelled... lol. If you need the credits for music and some sound effects, go watch 22Tesla's video. He deserves the views.

Yeah it was too amusing to not put in. I'm not the first person to do that though. KacperB12 did something similar.

I got to say Afton’s whistle is so nice and cool to listen to and the end of the video was pretty cool it was sending a chill down my spine
It's from a train-based video game. I forget the name of it. But yeah it sounds great 👌

@@AmpcatProductions The game's called Derail Valley. The whistle in particular is from the original steam engine in the game, since I think they've added a second one recently.

This is so cool! One of the best adaptations i saw! I really liked the part when Afton revealed his name to Sir Handel! I actually made fanart of a humanized version of Afton(+his coach).

I watched this, and it sent chills and shivers, and the thought at almost the end having the date 31\10\24 which hasn't come around yet got me thinking.......is this a true story?
( ik you did a lot of hard work and episode paid off, and the story was fantastic, but still, that date of 31/10/24 still got me thinking if this is a true story.)

Why is sir Handel’s colors swapped?
I used a RWS model for that character. That's why he's red
