- After long few weeks of delaying this video I finally have it finished. I delayed posting it because I wanted to take time and make sure every scene looks well filmed and the whole video looks well paced. For my 3,000 subscriber special I wanted to give you guys an adaptation that I wanted to do for awhile now. I love doing the horror genre videos the most and I feel proud with my take on "The Wandering Coach." This is my take I did not copy anyone else's video, this is my vision on the visuals. Next I want to thank everyone who took time to look at my channel and subscribe, this couldn't have happened without you guys. 3,000 subscribers is a milestone that I never thought I would achieve so soon or at all really.

Agreed. It's the best I've ever seen. Afton also looks about more detailed than ever and even looks uniquely like an actual Claughton unlike the reused Jeffrey model. Great job!

This Afton Engine has better morals then a certain other Afton I know..not by much tho
I have an idea for a story: Glynn tells a story to the other engines about a fellow coffeepot engine. When Thomas's branch line was the Ellsbridge, Knapford and Tidmouth Railway Glynn worked the line with two other coffeepots. Their names were Gwen and Glen. Gwen was the number 2 engine and was painted green and Glen was the number 3 and painted blue. Glen was also the largest and most powerful of the three and boasted about it. Glynn and Gwen tried to talk sense into Glen, but Glen didn't listen. One day a large shipment of stone needed to go to Knapford Harbor to be put on a ship bound for Canada. Originally Glynn and Glen were to take the train together as the train was verry long and heavy, however Glynn was held up and rather wait, Glen convinced the quarry foreman and his crew, that he could take the whole train himself. Glen managed to hold his own, till approaching the final grade into the harbor. The grade was steep, and the train was heavy, which caused Glen to lose control. His driver and fireman jumped clear, and Glen and the entire train rolled into the sea with only the break van being half submerged after breaking away. The weight of the stone trucks pushed Glenn too far from the shore to be rescued. The directors wrote Glen and the stone trucks off as a loss and ended up leasing the Wellsworth & Suddery's number 4 engine and a few trucks as the two lines were planning to merge. Afterwards there became stories of workmen seeing Glen's ghost reenact the wreck that killed him. Henry doesn't believe the story having never seen a ghost at Knapford Harbor, but later that night as Henry is getting ready to the Flying Kipper, he hears the sound of an engine in distress and watches in horror as a blue coffeepot engine pulling a long line of trucks races off the key and into the ocean with a splash. Henry's driver is about to go for help when an elderly watchman tells him not to bother and relates the same story told by Glynn and states that he witnessed the original accident as young man fifty years before.
I need to see that movie.

Agreed. It's also nice to Afton get a more unique looking model rather than the reused and rehashed Jeffrey model. I wonder where it came from. It looks so much better. The inclusion of the NWR Logo rather than the wrong LMS logo is just the icing on the cake for me. Great detail!

@@SudrianSteamers I'd say that you succeeded. I'm glad that you went with the Holden B12 version of Alfred instead of the new #98462 model. Both models look good, aside from a certain engine's "slipping wheels", but the former just fits better in my opinion, especially with that GER comment.

The Disturbingly Unnerving story used for this short-Film is bumped up to a 10x with this adaption, excellent work. And I enjoyed the bit at the end where Edward saw Afton passing by. I have mixed opinions on whether this deserves a sequel or not.

These are stories that I really don’t hold back on when it comes to making it disturbing or unnerving and yeah I thought adding Edward at his shed in wellsworth shocked as Afton passes by would be a nice touch. Me personally I think this works well as a stand-alone story but whether or not it’s gets a follow up is completely up to it’s original writer and narrator

I listened to the original audio story on 22Tesla’s channel, and I often thought that maybe, the loaned engines, including Afton, had ended up being more lenient towards the NWR engines because of what happened to Afton.

@@SudrianSteamers Allied Greedy is a good guy in my stories. He works on the Main Line as a Mixed-Traffic Engine.
@@haydennorris3672 I don’t really see him as a character like 98462 and 87546 who are like THE bad guys. But I always seen him as someone who’s quiet but tends to boast
@@SudrianSteamers in my stories, the B17 98462, whose name is Cobalt, and the K3 87546, who is called Wilberson, both redeem themselves, and they get to stay. The only Loaned Engines that are sent away are Regaby, Afton and Cecil. Alfred also gets to stay, as he was never rude or boastful at all; he was a hard-working Engine right from the start, who just threw himself into his work.

The engine looks like a LBSC K Class but its a 4-6-0 not a 2-6-0.
Its not LBSC K class, it's LNER B18 class 😁

Nice adaption but why did you used alled Greedy he's a great central engine not a LNWR Claughton plus there is an afton the lnwr Claughton now made.
It’s the model that came to mind and it’s what I had to work with. This adaptation was made before that model released
