I did what the video states, and all I can see are the messages from the other person - not my messages that I sent them. How do I get a complete string/conversation? Do I need to change a setting or something?

nope... the website told me i also had to install another app on my phone called transfer companion on my phone. this involved then thousand steps.. then it told me i had to click ok...... but didn't tell me where..... is your video up to date?

I am using the app, but a majority of the messages I am trying to print out are in a group message. How do you get the app to show who sent the messages within the app? It shows all the numbers from the group as the sender instead of the individual.

Hi, I just exported my Samsung Galaxy S10+ messages as PDF with the latest version: i67.tinypic.com/6svsy9.jpg and I can see all my text messages including the messages that I sent. Can you please tell which Android device and Android OS you're using?
I am having the same problem. I have the two way conversation, including me for some of my messages but then my replies just drop off after a certain point in the text thread. My thread goes back to 2015. My side of the conversation didn't export from 2016 and forward. I'm on the Samsung Galaxy S7, 8.0 OS.

I have the Samsung Note 10+ and it came with a cable to attach to my computer is there a way to direct transfer the conversation to my computer and then print a copy? I need the date I sent the message and the date they replied.
Hi Karen, you can connect your Note 10+ to the computer with the USB cable, launch the program and save your text messages as PDF.

When I connected my S8 after purchasing and launching the software it did not automatically load my messages. So to find them using the open database where do I find the messages in the folder. I need the blocked messages in particular help please :)
Hi Rebecca, did you enable USB Debugging mode on your Galaxy
S8 before connecting it to your computer? Also, don't forget to unlock it by using the passcode/fingerprint before connecting to your computer and click "Trust this Computer/Allow Access to Your Data" if you get any prompt on your S8.

Wendy Wong Hi Wendy, it is possible.
Just connect your Android device to your computer via USB cable, click on that contact name/number and the software will load all the text conversations between you and that person. Right click on any text message that you want and choose 'Print Selected SMS' option. You can also select multiple text messages by holding the CTRL key and then right click and choose 'Print Selected SMS" to print all the selected text messages.

Hi Mrs Rabbit, you can print all the messages that are visible on your Android device. And, the Messages won’t be deleted from your phone.

@@mrsrabbit2712 You can download your text messages as html file on the computer, then copy that file to your phone or some other storage device like SD card, pen drive, etc.
