I play a Magic the Gathering Online Legacy league with Rise of the Eldrazi Mono Green Cloudpost Ramp, a deck from Patreon subscriber UnrighteousJob. TwelvePost is a longstanding archetype in the Legacy format, the goal is to put lots of Cloudposts into play then hardcast giant Eldrazi spells. This version incorporates the new Commander sorcery Rise of The Eldrazi from the Commander Masters Eldrazi theme deck. Elvish Reclaimer and Crop Rotation are the early setup, a Green Sun's Zenith Toolbox works the midgame, then Primeval Titan makes way for Emrakul and Ulamog. Here comes mom's spaghetti! MTG

I don't know if this is really that relevant, but I remember a pro tour where an eldrazi post mirror was on coverage and someone had a chalice on 10
Getting the Emrakul-Karakas loop against control is so satisfying! 😎👏🏻
Sickos: YES YES
The amount of joy in Bosh's voice for the game is the reason why I keep coming back.
No Tabernacle so this is also a budget list in paper.
I got a tabernacle in a random box of stuff I found at a yard sale. Is it expensive? I've never seen it played in anything.
@@a_fuckin_spacemarine7514 it is wildly expensive. If you've no use for it, I recommend looking into selling it.
@@a_fuckin_spacemarine7514 assuming you're serious, it's minimum a few thousand USD
@@a_fuckin_spacemarine7514bro you're sitting on some serious cash
@@zhdude DAMN.
"And i haven't cast a spell yet, checkmate atheists" feels like a cleric would say
Fun trick for all you post players. If you have yavimaya out, you can play vesuva untapped and it’s a forest. Power of the “may” clause
Wait, how do the layers on this work?
@@martinallen6411 I am not super I tune as I’d like with layers, but it was ruled that “if vesuva enters the battlefield and isn’t copying a land, it enters untapped. It produces no mana.” This would happen in layer 1 “copy effects.” We then move to layer 4, where yavimaya grants all land(s) the ability to be forests and produce green mana
@@martinallen6411it doesn’t involve layers, Vesuva only comes in tapped if you copy a land with it. If you choose not to copy a land, it’s a land with no text on it, which becomes a forest land from yavimaya and can therefore tap for green

That means this is going to be a great video.
Round 2 at the end you were saying that bog is a bad draw. You can just play the bog and hold up your tutors for vesuva. You have him covered.
Good catch! Vesuva tricks were my biggest bleed this league
So happy seeing Argentum Masticore have a home in any deck at all.
Match 5 Game 1 was a LEGENDARY round of Magic, good lord...so freaking satisfying to watch. Thanks for a great video!
Round one game two, I would of sacced a different land instead of eye of ugin in response to waste land, and with the search find Vésuva which could copy eye of ugin. This would force them to have a random boseiju I’m their deck.
Edit haha you said it later
Thank u so much!!! I am so glad to hear my name in the video. I appriciate it
That round 1 made me giggle so much. I am a lands player through and through who has loved cloudpost since the first time I saw it. On top of that, the deck actually runs my *actual* favorite land in mtg: Glacial chasm. Probably my proudest commander brew is my mono-green Sasaya deck (which effectively makes Forests act like Cloudposts) that most often wins by playing a Chasm and then casting a variant of Hurricane for 40+. Sure there are "better" ways to spend 10+ mana (as your deck shows here)... but wining the game by throwing a hurricane at the table while you are hiding in a glacier has a ton of flavor and I love it.
"checkmate, atheists" made me spit some of my coffee out
Amazing deck and last match showed the true power of Mama Emrakul! >:D
All you can eat spaghetti
Ah glad too see someone else submitted this deck. Risepost has been living in my head rent free since I saw the card.
The rise on round 5 felt good! :3
At 49:33 good thought about Mycosythn lattice turning off artifacts in hand. That stops Crab cycle. However, Lattice only turns cards outside of the battlefield "colorless." Not an artifact. So Boseju can still be an out from under Lattice
this was a good one
also man ur like the only mtgo player whos content *shrudders* i actually enjoy, so kudos
I’ll take it haha
This, the red storm, and the dreadnaught hideaway decks have seemed like the most fun to play
I really enjoyed watching this deck in action it was certainly fun to see you cast big dumb spell.
in round one you mentioned the perversion of playing cloudpost when your favorite decks are blue…. I honestly love your blue gameplay the most by far but this is preferable to me over generic combo fun :))
In round 2 when you sided out all the eldrazi shouldn't you have sided out the eye of ugin since it's tutor ability has no targets?
It can still tutor Walking Ballista
23:25 (Gohan's Voice) You said it, not me.
I love these over the top decks and not the grindy 1 drop only bug stuff
Wouldnt tabernacle be good? At least in the sideboard?
My palms were sweaty when I watched this
Super cool to see some Cloudpost content!
“…and we cast it!” Totally worth the watch
Now THIS is what I come here for
Brian, as someone who also made the “Elvish Reclaimer says tapped on it” mistake recently and got BTFO’d because of it, I want you to know you are seen and valid.
i was pretty hype about drawing back to back to back posts ngl
round 5 was a beauty
This is beautiful
A+ you for getting a nice game sponsor.
Palms are sweaty, knees weak arms are heavy.
15:45 what about spinning into dark depths and just using the insane mana to take counters off?
Cool line!
I understand not realizing you shouldve enduranced the narcomebas until after you click through, but you said i shouldve responded while clicking through the last 2 of them xD
This deck looks fun.
"this spell can't be countered" :)
match 1 game 1 infinite emrakuls heck yeah. what the deck is meant to do
Why not the green enchantment that lets u play an extra land a turn?
❤Love this deck
Haha. So much fun. ❤
Nice video
Round 5 got there 🎉
This is my kind of deck.
No Candelabra of Tawnos? Wouldn't it be great with lands that give 3+ mana?
Some builds play it, some don't. It takes up a spell slot in the deck and we can already make 20+ mana without it. Depends on how fast you're trying to go vs. how stable.
maybe its just me but this video seemed a bit dim or visually muted for some reason, other than that another fun video
Odd how rise of the eldrazi isn’t a creature typed spell to be cost reduced by eye of ugin
I've noticed this, especially since Eldrazi tribal spells are already a thing.
Not really odd, it was already retired in Innistrad the year after Eldrazi. Additionally, apparently its "culturally inappropriate" i.e. racist to talk about tribes lol They said so in another statement recently
Am I crazy or doesn't Emrakul's cast trigger make Dress Down not an issue at 14:50
EDIT: I forgot you were getting Eye of Ugin from Ramunap Excavator lol
If you can get metalcraft, Urza's Workshop is just a better cloudpost now.
Is there any reason not to play tabernacle ?
Because I don’t do any kind of mana denial and Tab doesn’t tap for mana. People can just pay the 1 and murder me since I’m not ramping
Basically it's the push and pull between Post and Lands. Post plays alot of similar cards to lands but at the end of the day it's still a ramp deck, not a control deck. Lands is a control deck.
@@BoshNRoll tabernacle and the promised end are BFFs
POOOOST! WE BACK BABY!
In round 4, why does karn die from dark depths?
The lands going to the grave grew the reclaimer
You still couldnt kill the control player with infinite turns. The ring gave them protection until their next turn
Well you can still attack a bunch of times to make them sad all their permanents then say go
@@turgid4391 yeah, obviously, just funny in that specific instance where if they took infinite turns they couldnt kill the opponent until they passed the turn to them
Could this deck justify running a taiga and one Banefire??
honestly probably, but emrakul is just a better banefire and when you're annhilating 6, banefire at permanents doesn't make much sense either
@@399pi Right - I forget that Emrakul is uncounterable
@@zzztopspinmainly I've seen Mawloc be the card that people use to justify a red splash (but it isn't on MtGO), and I suspect that a Minsc & Boo would also be a viable option. Granted, I've yet to see a Taiga in those lists; Stomping Ground is the more popular choice for a red splash.
@@nicholasfarrell5981 Mawloc seems pretty mid compared to Misc in Boo. I've never seen Mawloc in legacy. Fireball is still better.
Play RoE, eat 5 from Bowmaster, win. Just, *chef's kiss*
This deck looks like so much fun. Awesome game play. Checkmate atheists lol

Wut?
Hello TelepUndomian
Totally respect the grind, and sometimes it is about the money, but I'm not super enthused about supporting mobile games of dubious quality. I clicked the affiliate link anyway though.
Hello!
Hello!
Good morning Mr. Bosh!
Edit: Hi TelepUndomian!
Deck could use a Lair of the Hydra.
Ive never seen anyone run that hot in my life
So sad.. You could have bounced before damage on the first game then re-casted Ema to make them survive for one more turn..
Don't play the eldrazi and just hope the opponent concedes :P
Needs 1 copy of palantir
Hi TelepUndomian
im convinced you cheated round 5 game 1 lmao
This really is just my favorite deck. I’m a spike because I’m a pussy, but when Timmy and spike get together to do it big, it tickles me.
Русские вперёд!!!
Marvel snap + bg3? Dragon heir seems set up for huge success!
15:45 what about spinning into dark depths and just using the insane mana to take counters off?
