    Liked your review. Your review, narration, knowledge, and language (politeness) is different than many others I see on RUclips. Thanks.

    I got this car new in January, I really like it. They say its underpowered, its really not for every day driving. The ride quality is above average. To get in the 50's miles per gallon you have to have the eco button on and you have to drive very conservative.

      I really wanted to keep this one after doing my review because it's so easy to drive around the city and the fuel economy is fantastic, especially with today's fuel prices. Congrats on your purchase!

      @@Smokeysbandit The mileage on the dash can be off between 2-5 or more. Do the math on miles driven and how many gallons you fill up with manually then see what it is. My dash dash says 54.something also.

      @@MGReviewsBlog I've only driven it a handful of times but I like it. It's still pretty much new so I've been watching videos on how to take care of the battery. I live in central California so I don't really have to worry about the cold but I do have to worry about the summer Heat. It drives well and handles smooth over bumps, and on average I get about 56 miles to the gallon with no extra weight in the car.

    There is something that I don’t understand about the higher end Corollas & Camrys that have this whole push the button to start your car and how you can unlock your car by pushing some button on the inside of the door handle.
    What if someone were to break into your car doing that whole push the button to unlock and turn your car on. That’s the reason why if I possibly do get a Toyota Corolla or Camry, I’m just gonna get the LE basic version and would rather use a key to start my car.

    • @MGReviewsBlog
      @MGReviewsBlog  Год назад +1

      Keyless entry & push button starts are just more convenient than having to pull your key out of your pocket or purse. The car will not unlock if it doesn't detect the key fob within a few centimeters of the door handle that is being pulled and the car won't start unless the key fob is near the driver's seat.

      @bremaster93 Год назад

      @@MGReviewsBlogThanks, I appreciate you for replying back. I was nervous about that until you told me that the key needs to be close by. I’m honestly more confident in getting an SE version in the future. 🙂

    Why not give the size of the wheels ? Is it 15 or 16 or 18 inches ? I own two Corolla hybrids with 2022 compliance plates and it’s SX and ZR models in Australia bought in February 2022. It’s a bit cramped up at the back and a bit hard to get in to the drivers seat and maybe it’s because I have not adjusted the seats appropriately!

    • @MGReviewsBlog
      @MGReviewsBlog  2 года назад

      This particular car had 15-inch wheels.

    • @manenkoff
      @manenkoff 2 года назад +1

      In the US and Canada it has 15-inch alloy wheels with covers. They say the covers are designed to help with fuel economy, but I suspect the difference wouldn't even be noticed by drivers.

      @Infinity if you drive a lot, yes they will. If you just drive to the grocery store once or twice a week, it's not really worth it. Toyota backs their batteries with a 10 year / 240,000 km (150,000 mile) warranty

      @@M.Hamidi. The Corolla or the Civic are good choices. From your original comment, it doesn't seem like a hybrid version will be available for sale at MSRP but rather with dealership markups. A lot of people want hybrids these days and they are willing to pay the outrageous prices that dealers set. But as a non-hybrid, the new Civic is a great car. I compared the hatch against the Mazda 3: ruclips.net/video/GbjuvcYZCbc/видео.html
