Shifting my perspective on routines has been lowkey revolutionary this year. As a serotonin+dopamine challenged being, I struggle to maintain daily routines (and "get back on the horse" if I don't). For the last few months I've created a checklist of things that help me maintain my baseline throughout the week and I just check them off on days I feel like I can do them! Time outside, vacuum the house, call a friend, etc. It's a living document, but it's helped so much! ❤

I've only been to Calgary once. I didn't know what to expect, but have pleasant memories. We'd driven from Vancouver intending to drive all the way to Montreal. We were stupid. We just didn't appreciate how big Canada actually is. We got the plane from Calgary !
