I’m so grateful that my parents stayed together. My Dad cared for my Mom in Her final years. She waited on Him while He provided for the family. He refused to date, after my Mom passed. He said,” After having your Mother, who shall I have.” I said you know Dad. It is till death do you part. You can have companionship. He said,”She maybe free from me, but I’m still with Her. What a beautiful thing a Dad could say to their children. No one measures up to your’ mom. I am grateful for my parents loving example and My wife and my 30 years together thus far. Bob may have helped a few lives and romanticized more into ruin. My two neighbors just passed. He died from complications after back surgery. She died a week later of a broken heart.
Bob can't break solid. While your parents were happy, a lot of other people are miserable. And no one owes anyone a lifetime of misery. I don't know anyone on their deathbed who's proud of how many decades they suffered in toxic relationships. I only know people who regret not living the life they wanted to live.

I have watched many many videos and I am thoroughly convinced that if you're a solo person the minivan is the best option if it is configured correctly.
Great video and van set up. I am a medically retired LPN worked 32 yrs,raised 6 children then straight into taking care of my parents dad has passed and mom is 82 and in poor health I can only do a few short camping trips but my 1999 Turtle top Ford E150 is ready. I am a Cancer survivor and have multiple orthopedic problems but hoping after mom passes I will be up to traveling.

I love your setup. I just recently upgraded to a minivan and it's a mess right now. My rooftop carrier doesn't work on this car but I didn't realize it wouldn't do I'll have to get racks put on when I go back to Minnesota next spring. In the meantime I'll buy a cheap tent to put things in for now. We learn as we go along.

That was a very inspiring video. All I saw was true happiness. Also, I love the setup. She is a true dog lover. To setup your four wheeled house to give her dog so much room. Dogs need the room for stretching and laying comfortably. I travel with my cat. She doesn't need a lot of room, but she takes advantage of it. My little queen, lol. I want the bed build. This is such a lovely simple build. Functional and yet not invasive or difficult to reverse when it's time to move on from this specific vehicle. I emailed and tweeted Love's and asked them about their overnight parking policy and they replied back and said all Love's truck stops allow overnight parking. But, NOT in the front, and now for more than a few days. Also, I have called Cracker Barrel on a couple of trips to make sure they allowed overnight parking and they did. I guess some donot, so I always call to make sure. I'm not a fan of parking overnight at a Walmart. Though I like shopping there on trips.
I've never had a problem with Love's, however I have heard a couple of people comment that they were not allowed to stay at the ones located in Utah. We will see when we get there. Have only done Cracker Barrel on my first night out and a Dennys in Tacoma because the Love's there was FULL of idling semis.
@@wyrdadventures Ohh thanks for the info. Once I start traveling I want to go all over and now I know to double check Utah. I try to confirm sleeping rules earlier in the afternoon/evening in case they say no I'll have time to look around.
Being on your own time, do what you want is what it's about. I hate being tied down especially later in life. The best friend & security is the best. I envy your lifestyle. We ony have one life, live it.

I emailed and tweeted Love's and asked them about their overnight parking policy and they replied back and said all Love's truck stops allow overnight parking. But, NOT in the front, and now for more than a few days.
Also, I have called Cracker Barrel on a couple of trips to make sure they allowed overnight parking and they did. I guess some donot, so I always call to make sure. I'm not a fan of parking overnight at a Walmart. Though I like shopping there on trips.
I've never had a problem with Love's, however I have heard a couple of people comment that they were not allowed to stay at the ones located in Utah. We will see when we get there. Have only done Cracker Barrel on my first night out and a Dennys in Tacoma because the Love's there was FULL of idling semis.

I try to confirm sleeping rules earlier in the afternoon/evening in case they say no I'll have time to look around.
