    Personally, if I put my fingers under hot water I will be done for quite a few days. Even lukewarm water feels like fire when my fingers are frozen and numb and I may even feel a shock through my spine. Although the whole video sure is informative, I believe this is more than a bit brutal to your poor fingers. People, PLEASE DON'T put your numb and cold fingers under hot water.

    Finally finding that this is what my issue has been. It gets worse every year. I’m embarrassed to shake peoples hands because my hands are cold as hell, esp in the winter. My feet are also always way cold to the touch. Gonna go see a specialist soon hopefully get some help or medication.

    So painful and did I mention EMBARRASSING ??? At the supermarket checking eggs before bringing them home in the dead of summer, ugh ! If the pain wasn't the worst part of having this is THERE'S NO WARNING ... This meaning all of a sudden your fingers start to feel numb, tingle, throb and hurt then as you look they're white ... By this time it's too late as you frantically try to find warm area's ( as your out in public ) to quickly warm them up ... Getting circulation back is never fast enough ... It is said you should rub your hands together ? yeah right the pain is so intense that rubbing hurts and doesn't do anything ... Oh and don't even get me started with running your hands under warm water ( who has running warm water available when this occurs ) ??? This nasty disease effects my fingers and toes ( sometimes my feet as well ) ... I've been suffering with this for 7 yrs and it's terrible ...

    I suspect I had primary Raynaud's. After 4 or 5 winters of experiencing it (I cycle a lot on cool evenings), mine went away when I stopped taking echinacea and started taking 3000 to 4000 iu of vitamin D daily. It might be a coincidence or a placebo effect, but, oh well......

    I've had this for years and my doctor's keep telling me it's probably primary and not secondary. It's just really scary though no being a hundred percent sure. Coz what if you're like really sick? I guess you never know unless you're getting checked out completely.

    • @pumpkinpie7254
      @pumpkinpie7254 5 лет назад +7

      Trust me you'll know if it's secondary ... Secondary is related to your bodies response to handling cold items from the fridge or freezer etc ... Your body WILL also respond to an air conditioner that is set too high.
