    I keep coming back to this video for front porch ideas...the begonias are just STUNNING! 🌱❤ Do you know by chance how many hours of sunlight your mom's fromt porch gets? Trying to decide if i should take the chance on full sun with these in zone 8a east coast (they grow beautifully in shade). I saw Jenny plant these in 6-8 hours of sun in NC, so you both are giving me hope!! 🤩🙏🏾

      Glad you came back to watch Yvonne! Yes, they really were something this last year. Thanks for that kind comment. To answer your question, I would say that they are in the sun for 8+ hours a day. I have grown them in the shade too and they were just a beautiful, but in the sun, they seemed to be much for vigorous meaning they reached full size faster. I think they will be totally fine for you. Make sure they don't fully dry out and I think they will be fine. Let me know how they do for you in the sun. Happy gardening my fellow gardening friend. Have a great day. Also, I'm a Jenny/Jerry fan too! :)

      @@williamsgardening when do start applying? My supertunias were destroyed last year. How often ?

    • @williamsgardening
      @williamsgardening  4 месяца назад

      I would start as soon as you see little holes. I applied it every 2 weeks, but if it’s really bad, then you could go once a week. 🪴

      You're right, there are many variables that can cause issues when gardening. Luckily, they are pretty sturdy and have withstood the wind here.
