- This spruce tip oil will be used to create salves in about a months time. Stay tuned for part 2 of spruce tip oil. Be sure to start gathering your tips though.
2 cups of spruce tips
1-2 cups of olive oil
Optional: 1 tsp of vitamin E to preserve the mixture
Love this video. Thank you so much for the advice. New to this and this is very straightforward!
Hey!! I know Bev Gray! Thanks for the demonstration!
Thank you for sharing 🤗 🙏
Great video, I’m looking on expanding natural remedies, I have made spruce pitch salve, now oil and syrup.
Thanks for the great video.
thank you, do you know why no one seems to talk about what to do with fir or hemlock tips which is what we have mostly around here, also I made cedar oil with the fresh leaf tips after reading it was antibacterial and antifungal.
Hi, Loved this. Thank you, so much. Where do I find the pine pitch/salve? Oh and p.s. Can I use Pine/Fir the same way? I'm in British Columbia and see more Pine than Spruce?. Thanks:)
Can you still do this with just the needles? It’s winter now having issues finding tips!!
Love this video... thanks
BTW where can I buy one of those hammers you used for bruising the spruce leaves
Looks like a basic pestle you can buy as a mortar and pestle set at Walmart or Target or Amazon :)
@@nicknackles4546 thanks Nick....
