  • Collecting Pine Pollen is a messy job but so gratifying. This local Superfood is so amazing. Not only does it balance hormones and strengthen the immune system, it also has vitamin D for those cold dark winter days. It's like taking a little bit of sunshine on those cloudy days. If you haven't gathered Pine Pollen this year you can order it online until next spring. The period for collecting in Northern Alberta is the end of May to early June. Enjoy 😉

Have you found tiny little larvae in the sifted pollen? They are quite small, almost microscopic. I noticed them in the inside of my jar.

Appreciate your vid , Just would like to know your view about is it Ok for female to consume
lot of Pine pollen since it contains lot of testosterone, I do pick pine pollen for many years just to bust my testosterone . I know that taking estrogen for me would be not fun .
I am sure that small amount would not be a problem since it is healthy for many other reason
but what quantity are accepted ?

If consumed orally the bioavailability is very very low for testosterone so a female doesn't have to worry. Only be wary of the tincture form
