I just received a Crossway Heritage single column in Wellington leather and I’m really quite floored in how beautiful the layout is. It’s the best I’ve seen by far. So so pleased.
The ESV Heritage was my first single column that I ever read. (I don't really count the ESV Study, which I think is also SC, since it has all the notes.) I had no idea what I was missing all these years!
Hi. The only editions available are the Cambridge in hardcover or calfskin (they have the same paper), or the Penguine Classics: The Bible (paperback). If I remember correctly, they all have white paper.

I agree with Mark about the KJV, like you I prefer the KJV, but I think if you really want a better understanding of Scripture, you need a more modern translation, of course, we can always read both. I'm also finding that the NKJV is taking on an aura similar to the KJV, most people do not want any kind of update when surely there's room for improvement.
