It can lead to a lot of INT’s if they’re not on the same page, but if they are it is a really good offense and annoying to play against. Especially Colt Brennan’s year they were all on the same page. 🏈
I’ve ran it 20 years and coached 6-8 yr olds and 9-12 yr olds using this. Learned from Coach John Jenkins and was using it from the little ones to Arena/Indoor football. It translates into any level as long as you know it and can adapt. The version I use of late looks like what the NY Giants used under Kevin Gilbride or Colts used under Tom Moore. Whether 10, 11 or 12 personnel is irrelevant, the base plan remains the same. I even used 30 personnel with the little ones. Looked just like the big boys with more running.
It is not hard to coach this offense at the high school level. I have done it at the High School level and in Europe with players that could not speak English. All aspects of it,
