    Hi Doc Reyes
    I had L-knee total replacement surgery done last April 5, 2022.
    I still do Physical Therapy. And with the help of all your videos about knees, it eases the pain , stiffness and swelling.

I can only do minimal movements specialy head movements dahil madali lang ako mahilo due to my previous brain aneurysm.. I was referred to a balance therapy and did for a month, did not Improve, glad that I could do it now in the house, more better your video and appreciated a lot.     I like the exercises you shared most especially the knee lift and punching, it strenghtens our legs, do exercises daily upon waking up i follow the exercises in one mile walk
