Hello Friends! I'm making plans for the next videos in the area of microbiology/soil biology.. Are there any subjects, concepts or ideas that you'd like to see illustrated? Please let me know!

I cannot for the life of me understand how you only have 32 subscribers. This is the best video I have seen about Nitrogenase by a HUGE margin. Incredible work.

this video is so helpful!! i've been struggling to understand the structure and concepts of nitrogenase just by reading papers and this video is the best resource i've come across so far!! thank you so much !!

Fantastic explanation of a mechanism I was failing to draw in my brain via literature. Thanks for the great guide!

Been wanting a mechanism for this enzyme since i heard about it a decade ago. Glad there's been so much progress, sad so much is still unknown

Thank you for your comment. I agree! The intricate complexity of Nitrogenase is incredible, with a great deal yet to be learned. I think Nitrogenase is even more amazing when its formation and activity is considered as part of a myriad of accessory systems, adding layers of complexity. Awesome!

Best animation and explanation of nitrogenase I have seen! My only question was the electron contour diagram of N2 - I've never seen it depicted like elliptical contours.

Thank you very much for your comment, I greatly appreciate that! Yes, the elliptical distribution of electron density in dinitrogen depicted in a 2D contour plot is a view that’s not commonly presented in the literature. If you’re interested, some additional resources that have information about visualizing bonding in dinitrogen through 2D contour plots are listed below. Thank you again!

Hey all of you peoples. How was this by accident. It wasn't. How could this have happened from dirt? === Evolution = Self Assembling Atoms = Impossible ==== Revelation 4 : 11 “You are worthy, Jehovah our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power, because you created all things, and because of your will they came into existence and were created.”
