These lectures were originally presented as part of a class on Soil Biology, which was offered at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (Fall 2017). Best animation and explanation of nitrogenase I have seen! My only question was the electron contour diagram of N2 - I've never seen it depicted like elliptical contours.

Thank you for your comment. I agree! The intricate complexity of Nitrogenase is incredible, with a great deal yet to be learned. I think Nitrogenase is even more amazing when its formation and activity is considered as part of a myriad of accessory systems, adding layers of complexity. Awesome!
