Bro, ive been telling u, those pull ups actually havent been nice, u gotta get ur chin over and extend all the way down, u ar doing partial range of motion, not to dismotivate because i know this is really hard and i support u. But those pull ups bro, you gotta get the proper technique down, 100 pulls is a lot even for dudes like me who do calisthenics where pull ups is one of our main exercises. for anyone who is watching AJ's 30 day workout challenge and also dreams of playing pro ball and wants to get stronger I recommend doing more leg workouts. AJ, does not seem to be doing those so do a lot of squats, dead lifts, calf exercises, lunges, all those things. Since most of us don't have weights at home, you can do all of this using resistance bands. Also instead of a 1 mile run, I suggest doing jump rope instead as it gives you better results and much faster. You will still be able to shred the same amount of extra fat with jump rope and will be able to tone your muscles unlike running 1 mile. You will also improve your vertical with jump rope and develop stronger leg muscles.
Have you heard when NBA League tryouts will/if be held. This is great what you are doing to show the younger kids you have to work really hard. I need to start getting some shots up myself. An old D3 player here.
Incorporate some tricep workouts, I just use 20kg dumbbells and I got my arms super jacked within a few months. Nothing beats weights when it comes to building muscle...
AJ, as advice from someone who practice calisthenics, when yo do the pull ups try to keep your body kind of straight and not to move back and forth, so your arms and back work more, and also, try to increase your range on pull ups so they are complete. The las thing is that if you note that it’s harder for you to do the last part of a pull ups, i mean when you are half way up, you should do apart of the usual work some series of half up pull ups
You should consider using some bands for your pull ups. No shame in it and they would help your form and you'll see more growth from having a better RoM. Try doing full RoM sets with smaller reps until you can't and then progressively add on bands to keep going but maintain that RoM!
I know you’re tryna work as much as possible and push yourself but if you’re muscles don’t rest they can’t grow as fast as if you had some rest days.Keep up the grind💯
you are actually going a little low on your on squats. only go to where your hamstrings are parallel to the ground or a little higher. going really low is hard on various parts of the knee.

Tip for pull-ups - go all the way down after every pull up, and have your chin go over the bar. You’ll see more improvement later on.
