I always see these youtubers do these challenges where you dont really get to physically see them struggle much. It really motivated me when I see someone I look up to struggle in a similar fashion that I do and motivated me to push through the rough days. Thank you AJ!
AJ! On those pull ups man, don’t sacrifice good form for higher numbers. Start with your arms fully straightened and then pull yourself up until your head is above the bar and slowly lower yourself until your arms are straight again. NUMBERS DON’T MATTER. With perfect form, go until failure and once you can no longer perform the movement with proper form, don’t use momentum from kipping your hips or decreasing the distance between your movement, just stop and accept that whatever amount you ended on is your true amount of pull-ups you can do because good form is the best way to bring major results.

Go all the way down on pull ups or don’t do them at all. Best part of the pull up is fighting that insane leverage of having your arm fight through being straight into the pull up. Most gains are made through that pinnacle moment. Otherwise your shot is super insane, keep it up bro

Rate my workout: I start by doing 10 layups with each hand, then I start far away and practice doing my layups in full speed for 10 reps. Then I take 10 or 20 form shots, then I do 20 mid-range shots, then 10 off the dribble mid range. Then lastly I shoot 100 threes. Btw I do this at home by myself on my hoop
Once this over you should come to a park in Indiana just to see how much culture there is in basketball ! My high school school gym is the biggest in the world

I have always wondered what the benefit of form shooting with one hand is? Is it fine to just do your form shooting with a guide hand as shooting with one hand is a bit hard.
