I wish there was a PC version of this. Sure, I can just race the same cars and track in iRacing. But sometimes I just want to race a game that's more casual.
@Catdude1991 yeah bc my 2k worth of sim gear don't work on console this is thr problem. I didn't buy fantec, because you expect games to be on pc. But Iracinf is dumb and think this game will compete with there dirt players in iracinf is just not true. 1 is realistic, other is a chill indiish game.
For anybody who wonders, despite the track being a closed small loop, the driving is not repetitive. The track degrades as it's used which drastically alters the optimum racing line lap after lap as parts of the track get slick or rutted out. When you start seeing your lap time dropping, you have to hurry and hunt for the new optimum line which could now be the Highline along the fence. So in some ways, it's like racing on an infinitely dynamically changing track.
Last game I played from Monster Games was SRX the Game (a very good game) and WoO 24 is much better when it comes to driving and racing. Well worth it. Playing with a SC2 Pro and HE Sport pedals via GimX and enjoying every second.
I use a fanatec DD pro wheel with this game and its a blast. Overtake you were in slider mode. You need to try the Custom side you can tweek all your settings to each track. Like you can in GT 7 this is were you can get some really great control of the car and get some screaming fast lap times. High Limit is the other Sprint car series that broke off from the World of Outlaws here in the states.
The rival series is called the High Limit Sprint Car Series, it's co-owned by Brad Sweet and Kyle Larson. McFadden, Spencer Bayston, and Jacob Allen who were in the previous game as Outlaws drivers also race there.
Still no sign of track degradation ? It would be nice to be able to adapt to changing surface conditions to find the fastest lines It would be nice to see some radical improvement rather than a corporate yearly update with minimal tweaks. The previous game is great but I’d want much more before I’d consider buying this at full price.
Please show more of the gameplay. Showing 3-6 seconds of gameplay and going back to talking head is annoying. More voiceover with gameplay please. Can't really get a feeling of how it drives if you only show seconds at a time.
This type of racing must be very cool, but just the choice of the camera high neither on the front nor rear (like the excellent GPL for example) does not make me want to look closer. It’s silly that there are only a few types of mechanical sports competitions well simulated in simracing.

@@Nick_Kearney so buy a system and stop complaining

@@Catdude1991NASCAR 25 is coming to PC so really the PC people don't have to worry until next year. Just let them get iRacing and yeah.
Looks like the Gold version is coming to PC in February! I'm surprisingly interested in this.
hey bud- the PC version comes out in Feb 2025

Still, SRX is a good game to spend your time!
Are any of the newer Monster Games releases like their old Driven to Destruction game with different kinds of races, figure of 8 tracks etc?
I enjoyed the first World of Outlaws on PS5 a lot more than expected. Might pick this up on sale at some point

That smile deserves a follow. Melted me a few times 😁
Thank you Emily!

it does degrade but when you race online it does not
@ Thanks for that info. 👍
I've been playing this using a wheel and have say it's decent game good online and good career mode
So no physical release?
Ah yes my favourite driver, Donny Shats
Does the track surface change from session to session? Or even as races go on?
Session to session.
I believe it does session to session but not during a race
It does change all through the out through out the game from the qualifying track all the way to the A-main. It does not change when you race online
got to trust your cars grip
How real is it. Since we don’t have nascar is this the closest thing to it.
Closest thing to real, or nascar?
I guess last years game is in the bargain bin now, might be worth picking that up?
Previous game was 2022 with 2023 DLC

Great game
What is the equivalent of this on PC?
Iracing
@@juulinator9100 Thanks, anyone else have any good suggestions?

It’s got all the usual camera angles.
Yes, but that does not prevent the aerial camera which is very interesting for this kind of category does not suit me at all.
I'll never understand how people enjoy racing around the same type of circular tracks non stop.
Because like every other form of racing, it's fun and intense.
@@henrythegreatamerican8136 I’ll never understand why if your so uninterested your watching this video lmao
Totally not, feels boring.
Crappy 😩
Looks terrible
