Shrimp stuffed jalapeño poppers.

I don’t have a recipe for this, I just kind of threw this together, but I’ll update as soon as I get this all on paper!
Basic ingredient list
5-6 jalapeños
1 brick cream cheese
1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco
Salt and pepper
5oz bag frozen cooked baby shrimp-thawed
Thick sliced bacon
