I used to work for a company working 60 hours a week making 30 an hour and someone crash me. I got drug tested(fail for weed) they fire me but kept the people who do coke lmao
I hope they can sue for "pain and suffering and get their jobs back with back pay.
I had a supervisor fire me for "having drugs in my possession". She had gone onto my locked desk, opened my purse and pulled out my Primatene tablets. (OTC Asthma medication). The active ingredient is considered a "controlled substance" but not in the dosage contained in a tablet. I'm sure there was something in my rescue inhaler that's controlled as well but she didn't mention that. I got my job back and she was cited, but the PTSD lasts a lifetime.
Who wants to Work at a Job that Does that?? Is the money WORTH people Snooping n Sniffing Your Piss to work there???

If a drug test is negative, it is negative!
If a drug test comes back positive, then they are supposed to check again to see exactly how positive it really is and how high the levels are especially if there was a injury or an accident!

Yup I feel like my company wants to get rid of me and the other veterans because of how much we make. They are planning on taking away my overtime and they say that it will give me a work life balance meanwhile they are taking away 20k from my salary it’s BS no reason to be loyal anymore and during my time we broke production goals and currently still are. Companies are just stingy with the money
No company’s now don’t care about the workers, they would rather take money from the people actually doing the work, so they can fill the pockets of the ceos and upper management.

Different oil companies. DISA Global is the company that is messing up the drug tests.
I used to work for Disa, and I worked in O&G and have been tested by them before.
They know they are FOS. Someone messed up the samples. They test you at your work facility which means they collect all the samples together. Hell the person collecting the sample was probably high.
DISA Global is the name of the drug testing company according to this video. They are considered to be a solid player. Very very concerning.....this could be a people issue at the testing center if the tests are sent out to another company. DISA's silence does not bode well.

They have probably had several false positive tests through this company and they have probably had several people dispute them and instead of going with a different company they’ll stick with this one anyway. A lawyer should look into their records and see how long they’ve been using this one company and how many test have come back positive and had been disputed over the years when they take them to court.
I feel that once a company is notified of a positive drug test then they should give that person who’s being accused a second test. After four major spinal fusions and my body being full of hardware, I have suffered pain beyond belief and I was kicked out of a pain clinic treatment center because I had a test come back false positive. They refused to give me a second test right then and there. It’s humiliating.
I just got Fired On Moments Notice Today Also. The way I See it, if they don't Appreciate Your Work Ethics FXCK em. I wouldn't want to Put Anymore of MY effort into a Company or Job Who Doesn't VALUE me as a Individual Person...

Every Job That Fired me couldn't Say it was because my Work ethics or Time. I just tend to do thinks MY way to get to the Same Goal of CUSTOMER satisfaction. For Example At Chipotle, I ROLLED the BEST burritos 🌯 Evened out n everything. Even had CUSTOMERS Coming SPECIFICALLY to that location to have me do thier Burritos. Only thing was I Didn't Keep Up the SPEED. I don't like RUSHING Food Orders that CUSTOMERS Are PAYING to eat. They cared more about Wrapping Baby Diapers at a quicker pace having ALOT of the customers Complaining Afterwards or during, then to TAKE just alil Bit more time with EACH customer they would be SATISFIED and RETURN. I've literally had MULTIPLE customers tell me Just by Rolling N Work ethics that if I continued I'll OWN the place. I GOT Fired Because I refused to Move at a FASTER pace then I already Was doing ALL the Background shxt NOBODY else Did like Trash n Dishes. You ain't bout to work me like a SLAVE When I'm already Putting in the HOURS, Effort NOBODY else is AND showing up on time All The Time at 6am for thier stupid axxes whenever NOBODY Else would barely. End of the Day People Don't CARE if your a Hard worker 💯 and dedicated to the CUSTOMER To THIER Benefit as Owners. My Last boss Fired Me For tryna to RETAIN a Deisel Truck 🚚 Driver as a Loyal gas customer for him, doing what they call CUSTOMER service. Bosses n Jobs Want you to Work like a HORSE with those Blinders on, no Intivation, so Personal Thought to help, no Tryna a different approach to achieve the SAME goal Like Me at Chipotle. Instead of INCREASING sales perday why no RETAIN sales Perday as in Customes coming BACK to Patronize the BUSINESS. If more customers are Leaving COMPLAINING how many are coming BACK??. 😕

YEP, FEW YEARS AGO THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO ME. I WORK IN THE REFINERY AND WAS SENT FOR A HAIR FOLICAL WITH DISA, CAME BACK FALSE POSITIVE. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER HAIR FOLICAL TEST AGAIN. RUINED MY CAREER. HAVENT BEEN BACK TO THE REFINERY.
They know that if a test comes back + it will destroy a person’s career. That’s why I only use Dr’s Labs. Some companies ban you from ever being hired with them if you test positive. This is the Good Old Boys Business IYKYK

Probably trying to get out of layoffs which cause you to get unemployment checks that the company pays. Fired because of drug test you cannot collect unemployment.

Approximately 16% of the drug test false positive. However, in a " right to work" State, you have no recourse to sue unless it is a violation of your ethnic, religious, age, or sexual orientation. Then you must spend the time and money to fight the employer. You are double screwed if you are a government employee.

I work in a field that requires urine screening for cause and no cause. Meaning, they can pull me random, for cause (screw up really bad or cause an accident), and no cause (manager, supervisor, HR) basically they just want to.
