Many of questions are asked which actually which are not even needed for job that we do in actual job and build products. In hexaware walkin I was rejected after being called for interview as bcoz I had less than 3 yrs exp. My junior wasn't laid off. She is now working in my position, while I was laid off. Showoff of work is far more valued than actual work and effort. I have lost trust on corporate culture.

@@sahilumare5004 Brother stock market is not for everyone. And it can be some side income/investment, but not main income most of the times. I started off my career with internship at a hedge fund startup. Although I wasn't in the core algo development, I working for working on alternative data source analysis for portfolio. Even I was interested earlier. Yet with time and experience, I have discovered, it requires much more character, courage and very stable decision making. Especially for people like me, I don't have generational wealth to live on or risk only small money that I have. Also, it's common that a pHd degree doesn't guarantee good career in stock market. Stock market is not just about some bookish knowledge or developing some algo. If I have to, I would rather be invested in gold or gold bonds for the coming decade.

If you want to be recession proof you should start saving. Upgrading skill is important but you can't learn 1k skills to get a job. Having a great corpus of money can ease your nerves. Now a days young people get a job and start spending lavishly. After some time they start living paycheck to paycheck. This cause more worry about layoff and recession.
are the consulting firms also slowly moving to tech firms? To take data intensive decisions and Make data models for forcasting requires more tech people. Please throw some insights .
I have been a victim of mass lay off march 2023. Wanted to cross skill from Social specialist to ETL developer, invested six months in learning. Not a single company is looking for inexperienced guys in the skill i have learnt, min 6+ years they digest. The coach says you have to fake skill in your registered experience. I can't lie, i dont want to break 10 commandments 😢😢😢 So many unemployed guys in social Media and digital marketing roles , a plain application to an opening wont work. Fucking tired, rapido is taking off 50-60% earnings.
Forget about software jobs , even for non voice us healthcare claims I'm jobless since 4 months I have 2.5 years of experience, current situation is they are offering less salary to experienced people or no calls at all

You as a mentor or a creator never going to grow if you keep posting like this and also if you only don't know the way to crack yt algorithm how can you be helpful for us. Take rest maybe a vacation and then start to post something. You don't seem to be in your senses right now.

IT industry is dull right now,.hikes are.getting postponed or not given at all. Projects are not there even if we are inside a company.
