星马人的粽子,福建人喜愛加黑濃的甜酱油入糯米中,也可加蒜米随便炒加点油,盐就行。黑醬油既广东人的老抽。
一定要放盐在米内,要不然煑熟后淡了不好吃。内馅可放蛋黄,蝦米干,五花肉,粟子,冬菇。绿豆或白眉豆都行。如果娘惹你甜粽多是白色的。里面有冬菇,冬瓜糖及肉一起和蒜米及五香粉。胡椒粉,芫茜粉煑的肉醬。好吃不得了!

今天我也做了,还加了虾米,不过沒加豆,味道真的不错,不会太咸。本来我还想要少放一茶匙盐的,幸好没有那么做,不然的话可能会不夠味道,感谢分享这个食普。

用普通锅煮,大概1个半小时吧!而且中途要翻一下粽子,然后差不多时间,自己开一粒粽子看是否已完全熟透再取出
