It IS off qualifying factors. The part you are missing is Trump appointed ALL WHITE judges!! Literally 50+% of them were NOT qualified for the job. Example? Cannon!!! She literally asked Jack Smith what was she supposed to do with the evidence he presented to the court? And made him produce a ledger explaining HER options in making a ruling. Trump appointed people he knew would be loyal to HIM!!! Some were lawyers who never even argued a case before!!! What Biden did was to pick the BEST qualified judges of ALL the races. People were in an uproar when appointed K. Brown to the Supreme Court because they thought it was "just" because she was black. But the truth is, she was MORE qualified than anyone else who sits on that bench!!! Trump appointed inexperienced white judges, a few of them where accident and personal injury lawyers who now make decisions on murder cases? That is absurd!!!
