  • Ligchine's SCREEDSAVER II is the world's first and only zero-turn laser-guided concrete screed. The compact size of the SCREEDSAVER II allows the operator to navigate and screed where conventional boom-operated screed machines cannot. This video features the precision navigating capabilities of the SCREEDSAVER II.

The wire mesh is laying on the vapor barrier not in the middle of the slab. Saw 1 guy pull the wire up 1 time.

Thank you for the comment. You are correct--The wire mesh is left on vapor barrier until the concrete is placed by the buggies. Then the mesh is then pulled into the middle of the slab. The ScreedSaver machine then booms out over the placed concrete and mesh so it does not push the mesh back down to the vapor barrier like drive-in screeds commonly do. This video only shows two specific minutes of the entire 6 hour concrete pour that features the maneuverability of the ScreedSaver II so it is not entirely possibly to show all aspects of this job.
