You forgot the most important one. *Enhanced tendon tensile strength* The mechanics of the kettlebell with swing exercises helps the load to not only hit your muscles but also you're tendons and ligaments greatly.

You can, but I don’t think a dumbbell is designed in a way a kettlebell is. The weight is distributed on both sides and a little over the handle for a dumbbell, whereas for a kettlebell, you let it hang, it paves the way and you then lead it. I guess that’s why swings are with kettlebells. I tried with dumbbells, definitely wasn’t good

ABs are made in the kitchen with proper nutrition. But it will strengthen the core (abs)
Does it help with invard rotated shoulder because of too much benching or rotator cuff pain?
Make a switch to barbell floor bench press instead of the standard version less strain on the shoulders
Is KBS an anaerobic or aerobic exercise or HIIT ?? Or all 3 types ??

If you wanted to get one kettlebell would you recommend 24kg or 32kg? I can do 20 of the 24kg as a beginner.
