    1). Thank you for being literally the first person on RUclips to ACTUALLY help. Most videos are like “to harmonize, just harmonize!”
    2). You’re awesome at truly giving basic 101 stuff without it coming off as condescending so thank you!

    I rehearse with you often. You're video has changed my...well...life. I'm a solid vocalist, but I never did what good singers do, and that's ACTUALLY REHEARSE! Who knew? Lol. I know have access to notes and harmonies, that weren't available to me before. My peers are crappin' themselves because of the obvious improvement they hear in my performance. I'm not using notes gratuitously, I'm just singing the way I've always wanted. I'm so lucky to have discovered your "ear-opening" lol, video.

    I like your video. When I was in 8th and 9th grade in the 1980s, I sang in the Glee Club and before singing we had vocal warmups. Glee Club was so much fun and helped me musically. Thanks for your video. Stay safe, stay well, and be blessed.

    This was very helpful! I know this is an old video, but anyway you can add an overlay of the root note before each scale? Just helpful to reference I think while practicing. Thanks!!

    Thanks😍😍
    should I have to learn some instrument to learn how to sing on pitch?

    • @SongsFromASuitcase
      @SongsFromASuitcase  3 года назад +1

      Nope! There are online apps that have scales you can sing along with. I suggest you go for a "five tone scale" to keep it simple. Y You should join my FB group and chat with more singers like yourself. I also go LIVE with my warm ups and theres a LOT of warm up videos to help train your ear: facebook.com/groups/2795704480487050

    Is there a way to stop my voice from cracking or sounding dry when I try to hit a note or a high note? Cause I just can’t seem to hit high notes or transition from a mediums note( I don’t know what you call medium notes) into a high note without sounds like I’m gonna run out of breath or my voice is gonna crack. Actually I’ve been working on my singing songs that involve you to sing a note for a long time without taking a breath so the singing a a note on one breath part is fine.
