    That's an EXCELLENT point! I'm going to alter my usual testimonial to reflect my 4+ year journey (as of today, Sep 7 2024) to let people know it wasn't an overnight success for me. The benefits I’ve enjoyed since abandoning the Standard American Diet (SAD) (Jan 2020) and adopting Keto and then changing to the Carnivore way of eating (June 2023 and not going back) (in no particular order): Excess weight gone, improved sleep, mental clarity, arthritis gone, able to remember why I went into another room, varicose veins disappeared, sun and stove burns don’t hurt and are gone the next day, hardly any plaque and no bleeding gums at the dentist, rosacea gone, acne gone, mood improvement, cravings gone, ankle swelling gone, cracked heels gone, and I never feel “hangry”

      ❤ Great message; weighing every day is a treadmill that I am very glad to have got rid of. Weight is not a measure of health in my opinion.

    Hi Sarah, as the instigator of the Meat Up rumour I can confirm that it is under discussion. However it's very early days yet and remains just a possibility. Better brains than mine have pointed out the potential pitfalls around insurance and security. Thus it is very unlikely that it will occur at somebody's private residence. However there are some commercial locations under discussion. Hopefully this will be an open discussion in the not too distant future. At the moment we'd like to keep the speculation to a minimum as we don't want to disappoint, but it's still 🤞

      My 12 year old is excited about me meeting a famous youtuber!. 😅
      He said, "Wow Mum, you need to lock in"
      That is 12 year old speak for, "Make sure you achieve the 365 days"
      I won't talk about it in the videos.

    I am on day 2. I will turn 45 in November so I know that time is of the essence because hormones are already going haywire so I need to do this now not next week or next month. I’ve taken your advice to put the scales away. I weighed myself the first day so I have a baseline. I am going to wait until 30 days to weigh myself again. I also got a day counter app

    yeah bugger with all the scales. i was that female who didnt lose any for 7 months it just wasnt a source of good vibes. so why do it.
    the way clothes fit, great measure. measuring, great. grabbing the places on your body where you have fat deposits and seeing how it changes, in my opinion thats a really great measure. because i remember how i was, overweight my entire life. high stress life. fat that is hard, solid like armor all over. cortisol armor all over my body! the fat gets softer and softer as its less compacted, then smaller and smaller, body recomposition is a long process. my weight is more or less sustained but i am still achieving more and more fat loss, i know because i can feel and see it. my thighs no longer rub together. the bingo wings under my arms, chicken wings bat flaps 🤣 they used to over flow my hand, now they are pinches in my finger. this is real body recomposition and its real fat loss. yes i might gain a bit of weight, it might be more muscle on me, because muscle is fuller of water, its actually heavier than fat!! BUT it burns more calories, it requires more fuel. it makes my metabolism a roaring furnace that requires fuel. more of the natural human diet of fat to transport the hormones around my body, entire my mind with ketones. etc etc. but i can also get some carbs from high fat dairy milk, which is appropriate for me according to my ancestral adaption... all the lovely stuff of being the number one persistence predator, the species who conquered the earth or something like that eh? 😅
