    Good discussion about the problems of "re-wilding" unfit raptors, or indeed, any unfit Bird!

    hi Dave, im a rehabber in Victoria Australia and we unfortunately aren't allowed to se falconry to rewild and get fitness back our gov dept are behind the times.. currently I have a passage peregrine that is missing all flight feathers on right wing and has been in care for just over a year, has grown some feathers back during moult but none of its primaries only secondaries. also have a nankeen kestrel that that come in after falling from the nest ..

      Glad you guys do what you can ; Australia has some great ideas how they run the country but some crazy biassed ones .
