I flew a passage female goshawk years ago, and I swear that bird never missed a slip. If it got up anywhere in the general area, it went into the bag. Cottontails, jackrabbits, pheasants, and a duck or two. I prefer the longwings, but that gos was a blast.
You’re doing a good job and as far as for weight management and training don’t listen to all these poor on here talk to your sponsor that’s what there for keep up the good work and always watch what u put on videos when in doubt don’t video it I wish I could trap a wild gos here
Hello guys, its good to making this type of content, from my point of view, your goshawk need more weight to do be more fast and more training (which you've done in the last moment of video) good luck !
Not really a good look for falconers to keep a live duck in a trap to train a bird most falconers have the skill and time to use lures ur not a true falconer
Especially cool to see that your hunting in my old stomping grounds, keep up the good times
Thanks for the support
So awesome watching nature being nature!

That’s awesome! He’s only had his bird 8 months, so he’s still in the earlier phases of training. It’s amazing to watch! Thanks for the support!

I appreciate it that! Will do! We have a lot more video on hunting and fishing! Go check them out! 🎣 🦌 🦅
im thinking of getting one. do you know how much precisely in grams or ounces they eat per meal?
Great video please make more of them. I also am a falconer in Montana.
A few negative comments here, some rightly so.
The fact is, it's just an inexperienced bird, flown by a inexperienced falconer. They'll both learn.😎👍
