How cool... I especially like the fact mentioned "the enjoyment of just training "... of course the stage and everything is cool.. I mean the story of contracting with the late great Mr. Weider.. but going to the gym. I am 61 never competed, but started working out while in the service. There were pauses over the years but staying with it. Going into the gym, no matter what else is going on, it just the right therapy... this was fun to watch. Btw I still go to the gym love it... and I enjoy your training advice.

Imagine where we or the next generation will go from here. We are a unique type of people. We are going from good, better to best here on out! When Jay talks about the magazines etc back in the day I remember back when I was at my biggest and best physique around 2002-2005 after years of lifting It was always Jays words in muscle and fitness articles that stuck with me and which I would take with me into the gym. Ive never been one to take a routine and follow or copy it as such, Ill pick and choose exercises from them and make them fit what works for me but it was jays words and the way he would explain things like the mind to muscle connection that I feel really helped me at that time

EVERYTHING u guys have talked about needs to become the new MAINSTREAM FITNESS knowledge. Millions of kids are out here experimenting with weights and lifting only to get injured and frustrated/depressed. So much BAD knowledge out there in the industry. When it comes the act of building muscle....no matter who you are... athlete or office worker, these principles need to be learned. I can't explain how inspired I am hearing u guys talk. Just in the video alone you have debunked a plethora of muscle building myths that constantly get recycled and regurgitated in the fitness industry. T H A N K Y O U. Very blessed to have a medium like RUclips to learn from the best!
