I have a hypothesis that the same will is what makes us social. That not only us humans experience it but most social animals do aswell.

Could be, if our main source of motivation is the drive to find meaning in our life then it's true, but we humans are more complex then that we have also other sources of motivation kicking in.

Frustration arises from misunderstood energy. Misinterpretation from our gradual indoctrination, after 18 years of social programming. Everything is perfect, it's the minds beliefs and thinking that say otherwise.
It's all about harmony that comes from (W)holistic) thinking.
    Don't listen to this nonsense.

No I disagree completely. How is everything perfect and wyh should everything be perfect so we can feel good and have meaning in life. Why should we have meaning in life and how do we come to the oont to have meaning in life ?
