I stopped playing WoW in 2018, at the end of Legion, but I still like to watch these Saturday news updates. It's like checking in with what's new in the ol' neighborhood, with a chill and friendly delivery. Less like watching the local news on TV and more like hearing from a neighbor. Oh, hmm, did they build a new trading post over on Main Street? All the fashionable kids are dressing their mounts up in valentines regalia? That's neat.
As a mount/pet collector.. For the trading post i wish they wouldn't have multiple mounts and pets available to purchase at the same time. Because I can either buy a mount or pet but never any MOG. I have bought maybe 5 mog items from the trading post so far and they're tiny ticket items like cloaks..
So just be patient and wait for the FREE items to rotate back around. They were never meant for you to buy all things you want EVERY month. But if a stranger on the street offered you a lot of money, or a car, just for going to work that day...would you complain that you couldn't have all the free stuff? It's a bit selfish. Just wait for the stuff you want t ocome back, and freeze one of the items you can't afford. I think it's fine! I haven't bought anything for months now, so I'll be able to buy whatever I want one month.

I'm glad I'm not fussed about pets because I like mounts and mog. I'm already strapped for tender as it is lol
They did that by design. Makes you more likely to buy the trader tokens from the shop, for real money, when you feel like you are missing out on some of the goodies every month.
I feel the exact same way about Oracle. I guess I won't be playing that sort of disc or holy priest if it stays the way they described it. Hopefully the other options are better.

Glad you mentioned Oracle - I have exactly the SAME opinion, on both PI and Premonition. Hopefully it’s changed to something a lot easier to use. Can you imagine trying to heal a high key while juggling that buff? 😅

The roullete idea just doesn't work in modern wow. There's too much going on to add having to micromanage a button. I have a feeling it will switched to either work like blessing of seasons, three different buttons with shard cooldowns, or give different buffs based on class and spec
Id like for it to work like fae guardians did for holy in sl. press the button and out of 2 specific spells you cast next, whatever their target is also gets the corresponding buff. between holy and disc you could make the 3 spells renew, prayer of mending and power word shield, and have it all on instant cast, too. (iirc fae guardians had flash heal, renew and sw:pain)
Engineering is always a good profession (for a main), so many useful perks, and it carries over from expansion to expansion.

I think Premonition should behave similar to Paladin’s seasonal Blessing buff (former NF ability) where each time you cast the spell it cycles to the next buff so you are rotating who you are putting the buffs on

QUESTION: Presuming the Dragonflight dungeons don't come back for season 4, which 8 dungeons from across wow would you like to see as Mythic + options?
Question- I have not enjoyed Dragonflight as much as other expansions, but I do love the Little Scales Daycare quests and pets. I recently discovered a whelp for sale in the gear shop which I bought immediately of course. Over the years I have noticed you have quite a few behind you-where did you get all your whelps from and which do you have? Miss your baking shows! Thanks!
All my WoW Plush is from the Blizzard Gear Store! They don't carry mine anymore but they do have a Belastrasza whelp plush.

I adore the blizz art team, but in fairness they customize their holiday cosmetics SOO hard around that holiday that they are completely unuseable with other transmogs.
It's this weird double edged sword where the mogs are so on point that they are useless with anything else.

Question: are there any current mount farms that you suggest doing now because they will get harder as people move on to newer expansions?
Literally anything from this expansion that requires the assistance of others to proc it, or requires others to fight for it. Like the bear druid form that requires fighting a world boss.

Question: Do you think at this point it would be better/more fun for the game/gamers if instead of reworking talent system every expansion, or focusing on complex systems like Shadowlands renown, they would stuck with what they cooked before, and focus on more new dungeons, raids + mini raids, solo content (like mage tower) and balancing?
I feel like they spend so much time and effort trying to come up with something familiar but new, meanwhile people change their main every season to still have fun when their previously played champ gets completely destroyed with a new season, which resolves in a lot of cases that people don't know their skills (specially if it comes to defensives) or what their champs are capable of.
Anyways, it would be nice to know what you guys think about it, what is more refreshing/fun for you: completely new systems/talents or more new/more content to play? :)
1 main coin toon for mount. 2nd for boat. All other love rocket for roses.

about 5 days Id say. If you do both non-gold daylies and the dungeon every day on a toon that also did the questline and dont get too unlucky on heart shaped box drops. 270 is what you are after. 140 + 20/day are safe (w.o. the gold daylie) + 5-10/day from the box @@curiousabout1

I really hope they ditch the idea of the roulette wheel timing thing for premonition. It would be so much easier to make it so you have access to all 3 versions of the spell and they share a cooldown like how Prot pallies' blessing of spellwarding and blessing of protection. Sure it would be annoying to have that make spells on your bar, but most healer players use clique, mouseover macros, or some other addon to assist with stuff like this so I highly doubt it'd be an issue if they did it that way
Easy to buy everything else if you can 14 days those 60 characters of level 70 trying to get heartbreaker. You should be able to buy everything under 100 tokens. Blizzard says they don't want people to make alts but they designed game where nothing drops unless you have maximum allowed amount of maxed alts.
They should just change the new PI thing to match who you give it to and you get one relevant for you.. so if you cast on a Mage it gives them the Magic Dmg increase or on a tank it gives them more healing. Just seems like an easier thing to manage than having to cycle through.. and maybe you just always get the Magic Dmg increase?
Feel the same about oracle. Can’t Imagine doing a tough key and having to watch a weak aura cycle and then also pray it’s come in a reasonable time to match with the intended target’s cooldowns. Just seems super awkward and unfun and I hope they rethink it.
i did the valentines dungeon 3 times, nothing on my first, the dragon saddle on the 2nd and the rocket mount on the 3ed. all in im quite happy

The Dev interview about Oracle really showed that they thought just because it sounds like a cool idea the community is gonna like it.
But as you mentioned Players imagination is greater than the devs and apparently the Playerbase also thinks more about gameplay implications of new spells and talents than the devs 😂

For a big achievement hunter, Mount collector and transmorg farmer like yourself how would a wow reset affect you? I .myself only do m plus and reset would not affect me in way, but I always wondered how a reset would affect a big collector

Duuuude... As a priest main... The time it would take to select an option is dangerous when healing, not to mention how macroing will work with picking one of 3 people every time. Urgh.
I feel like alot of these hero talents just complicate rotations unnecessary.

Thign about herbalism and mining this late in the xpac is that there's no knowledge point catchup and the sheer amount of bots there are make farming mats a waste of time. IMO this late? just dont bother
I think if they keep it up at this rate The Trading Post will eventually become teh absolute bane of All The Things players ..... you can get 1k /month and occasionaly some bonus, and they add new stuff for like 5k every month.
And IMO that´s good, no, absolutely excellent. I mean no disrespect to our community, but WoW players in general need to become reacclimated to not being always able to get everything right now but having to become well adjusted adults again that are capable of choosing one for now one for later or simply accepting not being able to get something and moving on with their life.
For ex. When I look at all the hullabaloo on the forums and people whining about not having their Lego yet (despite some only ever having done 2-3-4-5 LFR runs) and bashing Blizzard as being incompetent just because they feel entitled to already have it, I can´t help but think that these people would have all collectively unalived themselves if they were faced with a Shadowmourne or Tarecgosa style quest that required your entire raid group to agree on who gets it first and know for a fact that not all of your 6 Rets, 3 DKs, and 2 Furys will actually get it before the season ends...
TBH I´d actually much prefer tha... I mean, lets be honest, half or more of these players are FOTM rerollers who played Evokers last season and coudln´t care less abou8t actually using teh item but are only doing it for the orange loo. And they will inevitably whine about how expensive the acquisition is when they do get it, only to mothball the char immediately after and reroll to whatever is at the top of the current M+ meta for their 5 mob pulls in +6 keys . ;)

It sounds bad to me too Hazel!! Micromanaging this stuff sounds extremely tedious and very unfun!!!
So im a fan of the idea of the trading post but think its implemented really badly. Blizzard has this terrible problem with just making so much stuff fomo for no reason. Another game i play Guild Wars 2 has something similar but they manages to fix this problem by having it be possible to get all the stuff through a series of daily, weekly, and seasonal quests. Anything you did miss during the seasonal refresh is still purchasable but at a higher currency cost so it never feels like if you took a break you are missing out on anything.
As a PvPer i really dislike the Oracle tree, i feel like PI is just better and the mechanic in the oracle skill is just bothersome honestly.
Just putting this out in the universe... please do NOT release Cataclysm classic and War Within too close together...

Do you think with them changing this farming for Love Is in the Air that the Love Is in the Air holiday is going to come to an end? It makes no sense to change something that they've been doing for nearly two decades that's worked perfectly
No reason anything has to stay the same way forever. I actually like the new quests, more interesting than farming charm bracelets for hours on end until you can buy everything you care about. With the new questlines and dailies, and using alts, it only took me about a week to get all the new things.
8:31 it's *_Blizzards intention_* that you can buy basically everything *_you personally_* want _(unless you _*_literally_*_ want everything)_ as long as you buy the bundles in the real money shop.
Let's be real.
They've actually got rid of the bundles except the one that comes with pre-ordering the next expansion.
imagination is always greater than reality. 100% of the time, in my experience. lol

Way too early to tell; no point in speculating until people can actually try them out.
Yeah the mini game PI sounds bad. Like the fonts mini game rogues have with Echoing Reprimand. Annoying.
That oracle buff sounds as bad as the paladin /Ardenweald ability from Shadowlands. Their theme was based on seasons and you had to cycle till you got the buff you wanted...it sucked.
Oracle sounds like a mess. I'll be looking forward to the other option for Holy I think.

The entitlement of people towards the free stuff from the TP is wild to me. If a stranger on the street offered you a lot of money, or a car, just for going to work that day...would you complain that you couldn't have all the free stuff...knowing that the person will be back next month to offer you the one you don't choose? It's a bit selfish. Just wait for the stuff you want to come back, and freeze one of the items you can't afford. It's acting a bit like a selfish little kid to stomp your foot and demand everything all at once - that's the culture we live in now, where people feel entitled to everything they want all at once...just take ea breath, step back, and enjoy playing the game knowing that what you want will be back later! You cannot have everything you want when you want it - that's life. Don't blame Blizz because you're selfish and entitled and want everything right now. Battlepasses work that way. You have to wait. When you bake a cake, you can't have it instantly. You don't get your birthday presents on the first day of the new year, do you? You have to wait until your birthday. People just need to chill out and stop being so selfish. What reason is there to play the game if you log in and instantly have everything you ever wanted? You'd probably log right back off because there is no sense of achievement in that. There's nothing to strive for, save up for, or excitedly wait for!
The Tenders will not be increased and that is to harbor FOMO in people, so that if they bring out a bundle that includes tenders, everyone buys it because everyone is afraid of missing a mount, missing transmog, a pet or a toy whatever. IMO absolute disgusting mechanic.
Please show me the statistic which says that everyone but me got the last promotion on the real life shop that included tenders. Iirc there currently is nothing on the shop that gives you tender.

I want to recall that they went on record saying something along the lines of "putting tenders as part of bundles, outside of expansion prepurchase bonuses, is not going to be a thing anymore, because we tried something there and it didnt work." - which I know is essentially saying, we tried to make it a moneyprinting-scheme and people got really mad so we're not doing that anymore in fear of shitstorms, but hey, progress nonetheless.
I don't mean to be rude, so if I am, please know it isn't intentional, but I recall the saga of you waffling on cutting your hair w while back and then you did ( kudos on the follow through) but now your hair is far longer than it should be given the time between and now. I was curious why. Not that anyone asked but I think both suited you.
