He's pointing out the ridiculousness of mostly people who identify as someone they're obviously not... Like a man identifying as a woman. So what would stop someone from identifying as a race that they are not? That's the point of this video. It's just ridiculous. You may be able to identify as something or someone you want, but that does not make it true.

I did get that. For sports, I suggest treating it as a marathon where anyone can get a medal. Therefore, you would keep the men's and women's separate medals.
