What is the difference between needle punch, rug punch, and rug hooking?

    Is your weaver's cloth the same as Monk's cloth?

      No they are two different cloths. Monk's cloth has much larger holes so it works with larger tools like rug hooks and rug punch (such as the Oxford Punch Needle). Weaver's cloth is a lot tighter and smaller and will only work with Needle Punch embroidery.

      Thanks, I just read your reply below to Mina...monks cloth has a larger weave/hole, and weavers cloth has a tighter weave for paunch needles! Great info, thank you
