I’m hoping to get an answer . So my sticks are 5/5 ads close is at 1.00 but when aiming down sites it seems like to takes ages to go left and right stay on close targets I’m a noob what am I doin wrong
Bumper jumper tactical setti gs by far the best, can jump and crouch whilst aiming. Keep index finger on L1 (jump) and middle finger on L2 (aim), requires you to hold the controller a bit differently to standard but it is worth it. Try it out and get used to the change. No need for a scuff

However, most of the pro player tend to gravitate towards a 5-5 ADS 1 or a 6-6 ADS 1 for their sensitivity settings. Also new to the series is the response curve! You have 3 options, standard, linear and dynamic! Another interesting thing is the 3 options for AIM ASSIST. Modern Warfare has standard, precision and focusing. Now that ADS is becoming the norm in Call of Duty, I believe we are going to see more ADS setting adjustments under the 1.00 marker for better controller at medium to long range, but having a higher respective X and Y axis sensitivity overall. Also, with the best button layout, if you do not have a pro controller, I really enjoy the tactical button layout, where the R3 button is remapped to crouch. Tryout some of these modern warfare tips and let me know what you think of the Call of Duty Modern Warfare Controller Settings I suggested.

So you said that you play on the same sense as formal. The problem is, he uses 6 6 in blackout. The black ops franchise has different sensitivity than modern warfare. The cap in bo4 is 14, while the cap in mw is 20. So he may play 6 6 in bo4, but that would be equivalent to about 10 10 in mw. Just thought you should know
Could you explain how these guys are pulling scopes faster than non scopes? Could you explain how these guys are shooting with open sites with zero recoil and zero movement of the rifle?
Wow thanks so much this has changed my gameplay in one night I can't thank you enough it's made me enjoy modern warfare so much more and my movement is incredible. My reaction time is so fast it's almost like cheating . I'm winning the draw more than 80% with ads turned to the max
ZHIGZAGON-ロリ I map my sprint to L2 and have L3 as my tactical and then L1 and R1 as aim and fire that way when aiming or sprinting I have more control on my aim
The low zoom ads is how fast u move up and down in a normal sight or no sight high zoom ads is how fast u move using sniper scopes and normal ads is how fast u move with no aiming
On PC i have it on controller and works fine until I start shooting then it locks into aim for about 3 seconds then I start spinning for about 3 seconds as well. Plz help

are you talking about playing inverted controls? there should be an inverted option in the new cod. Also, if you want to remap any buttons on the PS4, go under the accessibility options in the PS4 settings.
Dude how on earth can you hear anybody with voice chat volume at 75! Haha. Mine is at 250 and I can still barely hear anybody while im playing bc the sounds are so damn loud
im having trouble when their are 2 seperate targets that are side by side but there is a small gap betweeen them, my sights seem to just pull straight to the middle between them every time and makes it hard to lock in on one target. is this my settings problem or is this just me?

it's a multiplier. So when you are in ADS it changes your sensitivity by multiplying that value by the main sensitivity. For instance, in this video he has vert sens and horiz sens at 6. The ADS multiplier to 0.75, so when in ADS your new sensitivity for vert/horiz is 6 * 0.75 or 4.5. So it is slowed down. If you can get on target, then slowing down ADS movement speed helps to stay on target.

@JAY_ NBA I started in bo4 with 6 6 then realized it was too slow cuz I couldn't react fast enough, so I bumped it up to 10 10 which was a little high, so I went down to a 9 9. 9 9 in bo4 is equivalent to 13 in mw. It's just takes a few hours of practice and you'll get used to it. I highly recommend a high-ish sense to help improve reaction time
There's this rumour going around that the aim assist is weaker on PC controllers than it is for console controllers. If true this puts PC players who use a controllers at a significant disadvantage when they're up against keyboarders or console players. Thoughts?

Maybe I'll try that. I used to run stick and move because of BO3, but I always hit my analog stick too hard and it ruins my gun fight.

Yeah, on xbox and ps4 you can remap your controller buttons. Just do a quick youtube search on how to do that.

Change your response curve to linear or dynamic and run a 5-5 sense give or take. I run linear and 5-5 and it feels like call of duty again

Vibration shouldn't be able to be disabled
Why lmao? You can turn vibration off on your controller through Xbox or ps settings you know that right. And mouse and keyboard doesn't have vibration

it's a multiplier. So when you are in ADS it changes your sensitivity by multiplying that value by the main sensitivity. For instance, in this video he has vert sens and horiz sens at 6. The ADS multiplier to 0.75, so when in ADS your new sensitivity for vert/horiz is 6 * 0.75 or 4.5. So it is slowed down. If you can get on target, then slowing down ADS movement speed helps to stay on target.
