I think Zelda was one of the games that influenced me the most to learn how to develop my own games, so I love indie games in that same style. You created a great list here bro, congrats!
You did a great job making this. The very first game (Oceanhorn) was the exact game I was trying to figure out when I searched for indie games like Zelda.
The most influential Zelda clone for me, as a PC-only gamer was always Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain. I am always looking for games that will evoke the same feelings of both discover and dread that came with that game. Gothic 2D games seem to be coming back in vogue, and there's a whole bunch of titles I'm looking forward to in the near future, but I do wish it didn't take 20+ years for them to come back in style. If you know of any similar games out right now, I'd love to hear about them!

Also, I would like to suggest these games: Undermine, Swords of Ditto and Treasure Adventure World. They have some characteristics that could fit into this list. Anyways, thank you for another amazing video with a lot of great suggestions! :)
I'm not sure if they count as indie titles, but Adventure Time: Secret of the Nameless Kingdom is basically a more inscrutable Link to the Past in an Adventure Time skin and Severed is essentially a first person Zelda game with combat that is but touchscreen-centric and pseudo-turn-based, so you end up feeling like a blender caught in a tornado.

Her class is predetermined, with a playstyle that can’t really be changed all that much beyond “Do you want to punch more or shoot more?” And because she’s a silent protagonist, Lea’s personality in dialogue sequences is... well, Lea.
