Been using this arm workout for a couple months, two or three times a week, after my rebounder workout. Using 2 lb weights when I started, I could not do the extended arms. Now I am using 3 lb weights and can complete every move! Thank you -
Hi Annie! Just did the workout with no weights. Yesterday I did another one of your 5min arm workouts with 1lb weights. My triceps are sore today! I have been working out for a while. I use 7lbs for triceps. No soreness. Question is, why? I would much rather do your workouts than my routine but I want tone & definition. Will your workouts do that for me? Ty!❤
Yes! If you’re looking for increase in size you’ll need higher weights and lower reps. But her arm workouts are phenomenal for toning and definition. I happen to like that look better. Arms like a dancer as opposed to arms of a bodybuilder. I guess it’s preference.
