Episode 5: Battling Through a Frustrating Leg Day

Week 4 was not the best week for me mentally and physically. My body couldn't tolerate any weight I was lifting, and mentally, I felt frustrated and nervous. Perhaps in the video, it might seem fine, but mentally, I just wasn't happy with how my body felt with any movement. I know we're all going to go through moments like this, and that's something I had to remind myself. I basically had to redo Week 4 because I wanted to take the time to mentally, physically, and emotionally prepare myself for what's to come ♡
