Can u use it in heists?
If the massive turbine upfront is the air intake for the jet engine, then why does the turbine lead nowhere?
When the rocket voltic and the ruiner 2000 have a baby it’s the vigilante. The rocket voltic driver is Martha Wayne and the ruiner 2000 driver is Thomas Wayne and the vigilante driver is Batman. 😂😂 thought that’ll be funny but in all seriousness though I think the vigilante is pretty good.

Vigilante Vs Ruiner 2000 is 30 rockets Vs 8 rockets, high performance and control vs low performance and spinning in the same spot for ages, semi bulletproof windows vs none bulletproof windows, personal vehicle usable on missions and heists Vs special vehicle that you can only call in free-mode once in a lifetime with a weird cooldown , and finally 3.75 million (+ 180k for rockets) Vs 5.7/4.3 million, so the only reason why you'd prefer the Ruiner 2000 to the vigilante is if you somehow like that useless parachute to the rocket boost :) or maybe the look but it will never be because of its usefulness or efficiency
So a moc needs a bunker? And the vigilante needs an moc?

This thing is a personal vehicle so you dont have to call it in from your warehouse and can be used in missions
Well both keaton's batmobile and the tumbler were destroyed by 1 explosion so it kinda fits
Ruiner= Can't be used on contact missions
Vigilante is a God in many heist setup missions. It is also the fastest car if you use the rocket boost. You can even use it to quickly climb a mountain, let it recharge, and use it again in the air.
Now that's a Chrome Mobile.
I like how his reviews are short and get to the point unlike other GTA channels
The Rocket Voltic wasn't nerfed, it's always taken this long to recharge. The difference is that in VIP missions and races, it charges at the same rate as the Vigilante.
