I don't normally comment on videos, but these exercises are EXCELLENT and ones I didn't think of, especially the pullover on the decline with the cable. I would give this video a 10 out of 10 as the exercises were excellent and well demonstrated, but I'll give 9.9 just because I felt there was a little bit of over use with dramatic effects.
Last exercise is great when you do one arm at a time, and move across your body. Follow the muscle fibers, they run to the sides. Gives you a full range of motion, more time under tension which = more workload.
I have been bodybuilding for over 40 years, and you are by far the best trainer I have watched! You are the "Real Deal." Love your methodology, eating, and your pretty wife. UK accent is nice also. I am 68 years old and still hitting the gym 2 hours 3-4 day's a week! That is why you have never been injured the by way you train.

I hit chest today and I was truly amazed at how the last two exercises (especially the plate raise) squeezes the pecs together and helps to create the bridge. I showed my brother the same workout today and we both agreed that we should continue doing these exercises in our weekly chest routines.🔥👌💯

I have done the TRX flys...not easy...my trainer made me do it on a decline with my feet up on a platform to add more stress on the chest!!! Keep them coming Sim!!!
