What really helps a lot is to eat raw garlic everyday ,3 cloves cut up small and swallowed with water. Wait 15min after cutting up the garlic then swallow the pieces . Also Diazepam (Valium) is very effective at relieving the pain as it relaxes your muscles, the other doxazosin i was prescribed does jack s@$t compared to the valium but doctors are hesitant to prescribe it.
in my experience if it's not std related. it will go away on it's own. it can take up to 6 months. One month of cypro will be needed. But don't expect symptoms to be gone. it will still linger and eventually will go away just hang in there and stay healthy.

Mediation and prayer can calm down ur autonomic nerves and decrease pain) If u follow these 7 rules consistently every single day, u wl recover from Pelvic pain in 2 - 6 months, have patience.. -From my own experience ADVICE: Continue this healthy lifestyle even after cure, to avoid relapse of pelvic pain/tightness.
I have never known this and it makes sense, I injured my pelvic floor I felt a strong stab. Then got all the prostatitis symptoms after. I’ll give it a shot

It was diagnosed within 2 months of my symptoms appearing and treatment with various antibiotics was started - Doxycycline, Ofloxacin, Ciprofloxacin and then intravenous Amikacin. The antibiotics did not work at all. And urologists didnt know what else to do other than keep prescribing the same antibiotics over and over. What has helped me recover greatly has been phage therapy. I took phages that attacked the 4 strains of bacteria isolated from my prostate and seminal fluids and 3 out of these 4 pathogens have been eliminated. Symptomatically I am 90% better today. Prostate supplements like Saw Palmetto have also helped in managing the symptoms. To anyone suffering from prostatitis, if you have tried 1-2 courses of antibiotics that have not worked, my advice to you is - look for alternative cures.

You need direct injections + only 1 specific Antibiotic taken twice a day. You will be cured - 80% success rate. 100% of these videos on here are bulls##t. Bacterial prostatitis is very very difficult to eradicate but I did it after suffering for 24 yrs. You can get rid of it.
