Just a personal, insignificant experience: on holiday in Edinburgh this spring I have visited Cadenhead's shop. Because it is almost impossible to find a Springbank older than 10 years in Slovakia I was very happy when I spotted some pieces of bottles in the store (there was 12yo and 15yo I think....). So I wanted to buy one bottle, of course... And that guy behind shop counter said no - these bottles are just exhibition/aesthetics/show/preview - I do not remember his arguments. Hmmm....What??? I didn't understand then and I still don't understand. Really strange, sorry.

Useless video as usual ! Cannot read any lbels , no price , no description etc
Dont worry. They are long gone and prices are now higher.
Love whisky shops, I’m like a kid in a sweet shop,
I love sweet shops
Every single label invites inspection, doesn’t it? Lovely store, wonderful visit.
Yeah so many possible gems
Curious if the little bottles are a Campbeltown exclusive or if the London and Edinburgh shops have them too?
Hmm not sure
I was in the London shops a couple of weeks ago and they don't have nearly as many of their own bottles there.
@@ahpadt any springbanks?))
Wow. Just wow 🤩
:-)
I'm in NYC, a whisky wasteland, and I can't imagine having access to a shop like this!
A wasteland! Every time I search for something I find bottles in NY because they can not ship out of state.
@@WhiskyMystery I can't find ¾ of what I'm looking for, and I'm not talking about unobtainable bottles, so...
I search on 1000corks
@@WhiskyMystery Thanks, I tend to use wine-searcher.

Sad story. I expect better from Cadenhead’s unless they were really just fake decoration.
Fantastic theme song
Cheers
Cadenhead is a fantastic independent bottler.
How did you managed not to buy one of theses bottles?😊
Too many I’m the cases already
@@WhiskyMystery Looking forward to see the case Unboxing😊
